We were looking for the best place to stay for a weekend in Weston and found Church House in Good Hotel Guide and were not disappointed. Helpful advice in advance on place to eat. We cycled along the coast road from Weston Station - unlit, so you need good lights. As we were late Tony offered to drive us to the restaurant, an indication of the friendly and thoughtful approach of the proprietors. Room in this modernised vicarage perfect and breakfast with vast array of fruit and cereals + free range egg etc set us up for the day. If only there were places like this in every town we visit...

We stayed here a couple of weeks ago on the occasion of both a family party and our newborn son's first trip away from home, and it really could not have been any better. The rooms (and indeed the whole building) are spacious and beautifully presented, and our hosts were very friendly and attentive to every detail that could possibly make our stay more pleasant and comfortable. Our worries about the potential stresses of travelling with a four-week-old baby were soon forgotten as we all (including Junior) had a thoroughly relaxing and enjoyable stay.

We first stayed here 10 years ago when we no longer had a family home in the area. For us it is a convenient base for visits - but it is always a total joy to stay with Jane & Tony who go the extra mile to make us welcome. The rooms are worth leaving home for! - so crisp and clean and thoughtfully appointed. Breakfasts are delicious - Jane's granola is fab - and one always strikes up interesting conversations with other visitors over the massive dining table with views out across farmland to the Bristol Channel.
There are nice walks to be had on Sand Bay or Kewstoke woods.
While wanting to recommend Church House we would hate it to get so popular that we were not able to get a room again!

We couldn't have made a better choice for a B&B in this area. Room was large and lovely and clean. Breakfast was excellent. Altogether a great place to stay and made to feel very welcome. Good advice given of where to eat in the evening as well. We will have no hesitation about stopping here again or recommending to friends and family.

Weston is an old charmer to us - but we had never discovered the village of Kewstoke or Church House before. A tasteful old Georgian rectory just next to the Parish Church-with just a few ensuite rooms. A cup of tea on arrival in the conservatory taking in the view over Sandy Bay. Being from South Wales we were fascinated at the view over the Bristol Channel to Cardiff - the sun glinting on the copper frontage of the Millenium Centre. The rectory has cosy coral walls and a fresh green dining room. There is a regular bus into Weston - you can take the walk through the woods which follows the road but that is an option for the fit only, taking about an hour. There is no evening meal and out of season eating places are limited but the nearest reaches of Weston has at least one good restaurant - The Cove where we recognised a number of fellow guests. The breakfast had a range of cereals and fresh fruit - the cooked breakfast with organic bacon and sausages (Gloucester old spot) was impossible to resist. Church House is not for those who seek the bright lights or nightlife - although they are not far away. The quiet of the early evening was disturbed only by the bellringers at the nearby church. As a top of the range guest house it is quite a find.

My wife & I stayed here two nights, 13th to the 15th September.
The owners couldn't do enough from the moment of arrival to the time of departure. Great room with pleanty of of light and all the facilities you would expect of a 5* property.
Free wifi is great for the modern traveler.
Breakfast was plentiful and very well cooked.
The whole place screams of experience and care in what they provide.
My wife and I will certainly be returning at some point.
I would recommend the Church House to anyone and everyone.

We had only been looking for an accommodation close to Bristol Airport - but we've found a B&B that's really worth to stay at longer. Above all, the hosts (and all family members we've met) are amiable and make your stay a very pleasant one. The room we stayed in (with views over the back garden and the bay) was very large and comfortable, with a huge bathroom. At breakfast, we were given a table in a small nook, what let us feel like sitting in a conservatory and we could enjoy lovely views while eating.
