Exceptionally clean. Very neat and tidy park. But very little to do. Quite expensive for the location but you have to take into account that with WA being a mining state, it pushed the price up over here for just about everything. Would recommend if you were after somewhere quiet, not far from the airport that is very clean and tidy.

We always stay at this park when we are in Perth. It is easy to reach from the Tonkin Highway and has a bus stop right across the road to get the bus into the city. The chalets are always clean and comfortable and the atmosphere at the park is tranquil. There is a handy 7 day shopping centre just a short drive up Hale Rd. and a very tasty chinese restaurant as well as all the major fast food restaurants. There are also two petrol stations very close by.
We also went on a tour to Rottnest Island which we booked through the park's reception staff which picked us up by bus from the park to catch the ferry to the island at Barrack St. This was great value and very convenient.
If you like using public transport rather than driving in busy traffic and searching for parking in the city centre of Perth then this park is for you.
We have only one negative comment which was a Sunday roast meal we had recently at their on site deli/cafe which was very over cooked and hard to eat, but it was only $10 so guess you cant expect much for that?? Wont stop us staying at the park though.
The prices for chalets are a little high for some people, but compared to paying $200 per night or more for two people for a tiny hotel room or old, musty apartment in the city centre we were glad to pay under $150 per night. We did get a discount with our Big4 Park Membership also as this park still honours this discount.

We stayed for two nights in a executive unit. The room was neatly furnished including a decent sized kitchenette along one wall. The bed was comfortable although it kept rolling away from the wall as it was on casters. We find this park convenient as you can ring if you are going to be late and they will give you a code to get into the key box.
Up the road is a tavern serving meals, a shopping centre including coles and woolworths as well as other choices for meals.

We didn't have any other choice so we had to pay more than $200 a night for a cabin in this holiday park which was by far too much.
The rooms are great, kitchen well equipped, good pool but still too expansive.
The little shop at the park is selling old bread and greasy food. Location, if you after Perth, is terrible.
When we asked for a late checkout they asked for a full day payment.
For a holiday park - that was the mostr expansive i ever came across.

Room Tip: Go there only if it's the only one you can find.
