“Awesome value hostel!”
4 of 5 bubbles Reviewed 12 May 2013 via mobile

This hostel was soooo cheap and wasn't expecting much but totally exceeded expectations! The hosts were lovely and served you a cute continental breakie in the morning.

The rooms were standard, clean. The shared bathroom on the second floor had a shower that was a bit dodge, kept changing temp but other than that it was quiet and nice!

Loved Ronda and Ronda Sol hostel!

It was a nice night in the hostel, 5 minutes walk from the attractions in Ronda, We get towels and extra blankets. There was no problem to park the car on the street next to the hostel. During the night electricity went out I don't know if it was just a coincidence or not, but in the morning we could not take a shower because there was no hot water

Room Tip: Some rooms don't have windows

We booked 2 rooms, 101 with nice window, and 104 without, both were very good. Location is perfect, but electricity felt off from evening to morning so we couldnt shower. We are not sure whether it was bu purpose or by accident... Maybe... Anyway, we enjoyed our stay and the staff was friendly.

Its conveniently located half-way between the train station and the old town, great value at 17e/single incl. breakfast. Bathrooms are shared but clean, with good hot water. Wifi is quite fast too. Room are basic, as to be expected for the price. But they are spacious and have comfy beds, a sink, mirror and mine had a nice balcony too. The guy working there was friendly and helpful, and happy to help out with question about onward transport or what to see around town. Only downside is the doors were really hard to open, with antiquated locks, but not a big deal. Recommended if you're on a budget, nearly the same price as a dorm room for your own space. Make sure you take the train in from Granada or Algeciras, great trip!

Room Tip: All are ok, the ones on the street were a bit noisy.

An easy walk from the bus station in a clean, safe area. It has shared baths but they are clean. There was plenty of hot water in the shower. We were here in February; there was no heat, but plenty of extra blankets.

The room was clean and comfortable, with a sink, wardrobe, good beds. Ours had a window that opened to the inside.

This is a family run pension and they are very nice. The only downside to staying here was the noise. We were in a room right at the top of the stairs, next to the bathroom. Every time someone entered the reception downstairs, the bell would ring, and we could hear the conversation below. Being Spain, everything is stone and tile, nothing to absorb the sound. All guests passed by our room, so late at night I woke up several times. Request a room at either end of the hall!

The price of the accomodation more than made up for the lack of anything else. It costs us about 20 euros for a double.

It is located right next to Hostal/Pensión Biarritz, which is run by the same family.
