Amazing location! The room we had was small and ultra modern. We had a good sized terrace over looking the farms below. The public outdoor sitting areas are so welcoming and have amazing views themselves,as well as shade, so we used them rather than our terrace. Room was clean, quiet and bed was comfortable. We enjoyed a delicious barbq dinner with live flamenco music (with some contemporary music inserted!) The pool is an infinity design taking you to the edge of the cliff! A beautiful way to cool off and relax after a hot day of exploring and walking.

This is a great hotel. The views from the pool, terrace and rooms are fabulous. The food is great and staff is very good and friendly. Nice terrace for a drink or a bite and the sunset over the mountains is great.

Breathtaking view! The hotel is nice, a bit overpriced but the view is worth the money.
The rooms are nice, too bad for the toilets' design... see through window, not private at all...Avoid it if you travel with not very intimate people.
Also avoid it if you are travelling for the weekend. While we were staying there, there was a wedding on a Saturday night...It started at 10pm and at 6am the room was still vibrating because of the noise downstairs. I felt I was in a nightclub.

Staff polite but pretty impersonal.

The negatives about this hotel are the size of the bedrooms but everything else is a plus the views from the hotel over the gorge are wonderful. The outside terrace is a very pleasant spot to sit and enjoy watching the sun go down, The hotel is ideally situated for an easy walk into Ronda, which in its self is one of the most picturesque of all Andalucian towns.

Room Tip: Best views are from the higher floors and there worth the price

We stayed here for four nights and really did not want to leave! The location is absolutely unbeatable: mesmerising views across the mountains and within easy walking distance of Ronda and all its amenities.
The hotel is well appointed; spotlessly clean and very well maintained. The rooms and public areas are modern and stylish yet retain a warm and welcoming ambience. The pool and spa, although perhaps a little small, provide the perfect spots to unwind. The pool gets a little busy during late afternoon, but even so, we never failed to find a spare area to relax in.
The hotel food is excellent and reasonably priced, though admittedly cheaper meals and drinks can be had in the town itself. It is worth pointing out however that if you wish to enjoy the wonderful views of Ronda's surroundings whilst you dine (like you can in the hotel) you will have to pay a premium.
The staff were welcoming, helpful and friendly. Well, all except for one older gentleman who works behind the bar during the day! He is rude and grumpy, making everything seem like it is too much trouble...he is however, the exception and does not seem to fit in with or match the hotel at all.
Having read previous reviews of this hotel, it would be easy to be put off by some of the comments regarding the set up of the bathrooms in the rooms. For us, a married couple, it was not a problem in the slightest. If you are a couple I honestly see no privacy issues at all...though perhaps I can see that friends may find the set up a little awkward.
All in all, we would go back again in a flash. The hotel really is excellent value for money and Ronda is a fantastic hidden Spanish treasure.
