We have been to Ronda several times the last 10 years. A lot of local people have recomended us Almocabar - but this time we finally went there!!! Ohhh wow - a spanish but innovative kitchen was seen in the huge meny. We had a hard time to decide what to eat. But after a long time we decided to the try foie gras and goat cheese as a fist course. the main course was for me the duck leg with apple and for my husband the veal entrecote. Fantastic dishes all of them! We had a nice bottre on Ronda wine from Fredrich Schatz wineyard. As good as when we bought it at his own bodega. After this fantastic food we didn't have room for more BUT we had to try desserts as well. And the only thing I* can say is - wonderful!
To tell the true I don't want to tell about this fantastic restaurante becuse it is all ready hard to get a table and we want it to be a local restaurante, because thats the way it started.
We will be back next time in Spain!
