Walking through the old city streets of Ronda is like going back in time. The individual shops are so quaint and different. The streets are narrow with cobblestones. Be careful crossing the street as the locals can drive really fast. We used the navigation on our phone to help us get around.

They have a lot of leather shops so if you need a new wallet or jacket you may be able to get a good deal.

The old city is very interesting to stroll through and see all the old architecture such as the Church of Santa Maria la Mayor. There are many things to see but our favorites were the Puente Nuevo Bridge, The Mine at Casa del Rey Moro and especially the old fortress wall on the East side of town. We spent quite a bit of time walking along the wall and climbing up into the tower and imagining what it would be like to be under siege from attacking forces. The area around the bridge is definitely busy but once you get away form that area the crowds are much less. I would suggest if you are within a 1 hr drive it is worth it to visit Ronda. The drive there is beautiful in itself.

A great place to wander the streets - can get very crowded.

If you can find a quiet time in the evening, the softer sunlight can make for great photos on the stone buildings.

Lots of magnificent architecture.

White houses and full of Koreans, no idea why is so popular with them, still the place is charming but nothing unbelievable. You can see it in 4 hours.
