So we book at Xmas which is almost double the price - but there's no snow so the nice people move our reservation to March - having paid $600 (non-refundable) for two nights we expect the Deer Lodge's usual level of quality - we stay there all the time - this time there were light bulbs burned out, dishes in the dishwasher, NO coffee, other people's soap in the shower - a beer on the porch - and the unit faced the parking lot - still determined to have a good time boarding we carry on.... until the toilet overflows ... so I asked Steve... do we still have to pay xmas rates in March since you didn't have to pay anyone overtime or decorate our room with a xmas tree? and apparently yes we do. ... oh and this particular unit came with a school locker for our boards so we had to lock them in the vehicle. It was still fun but... you feel kind ripped off at that point. As well there were people above us that sounded like a herd of elephants. No one thing here was complaint worthy but the whole thing was not good.
