The Town End Farm Shop & Tearoom is an ideal place to break your walk, drive or cycle through the spectacular Limestone Karst geology of this part of the Yorkshire Dales.
Once you fight your way past the tempting local produce and local crafts of the well-stocked farm shop, you emerge into a spacious, clean cafe with ample seating and, if your lucky, a niche in the far corner with a) comfortable sofa seating and b) a spectacular and far reaching view down the valley towards the famous Malham Cove itself.
The menu gave everyone a selection headache, the quality of the food was very good AND reasonably priced to boot. Even at busy times, the staff maintained an air of Yorkshire calm and genuine friendliness. The fresh coffee is highly recommended as are the cakes and the local cheese and .....
