We were looking for a place to stay between Margaret River and Pemberton, and this fit the bill. We arrived after reception closed, but our key was taped to the office window for us. This is a large campground with traditional camping areas, caravan/RV spaces, and a wide assortment of cabins. We stayed in the mid-range Beach Cottage, which had 2 bedrooms, once with a queen bed and the other with bunks. The cottage had a large covered verandah which very sensibly had a child-proof gate, so would be good for those with toddlers or young children. It had the basics. I've rated this place based on the type of accommodation it is (campground cabins), and for this type of place it was quite good. The cottage could have been cleaner (lots of dust behind refrigerator and in other hard-to-reach areas) but was decent. The beach cottages are set under large trees amongst the dunes with a parking area between them and the beach, so no beach view (the Ocean View cottages have this though) but a short walk up a path and you're on the beach. There was plenty of space between cottages for privacy. The beach is itself is stunning, with little islands offshore and huge stingrays cruising the shallows. A great place to relax for a day or a week, but stock up on supplies before you come -- there are no facilities onsite except for a small convenience store.
