We have just returned from a wonderful night away at The Old Inn, Drewsteignton. After a bracing walk on Dartmoor the warm welcome from Andrea (and dogs) with generous tea and cakes by the fire got us off to a great start. Our room was a crisply clean and peaceful retreat. The evening meal was every bit as memorable as our foody friends had recommended it would be. Every dish had a little creative 'something extra' that lifted it into a league of its own. The wine was an equal treat. Breakfast almost defeated us in its generosity. Absolutely create an opportunity to visit. It is worth it!
