I did not use the hotel, but the restaurant. The food was acceptable, both meat and fish from the lake, the service was courteous and slow and prices reaching 50 sfr per person, slightly high for what you get. The terrasse offers superb views of the lake.

Booked at the last minute, had no idea what it was going to be like got in at 5 am and went to bed. The room was left open and the key on the bed...ha ha ha Swiss trust! The room was like something from the 70's, very funny but I didn't care as I was only there for a few hours before moving to the Montana, however in the morning I was woken up by the church bells and birds singing I looked outside and man what a view on the lake side with a little beach and beautiful gardens. I went for a run and what a spot unbeatable. Fantastic!!!

Room Tip: Very cheap but ask to be housed in the main hotel building
