Enjoyed a beautifully quirky, relaxed and quiet stay. The accommodation was very well presented, the spot was silent and in the midst of the forest with glorious surroundings. Everything was well presented and thought through.
Absolutely beautiful place and so lovely furnished with all you could want. Would recommend and definitely visit again.
We stayed in the Hartley hut last night, and absolutely loved every second! Did not want it to end. The decor is stunning, the bed is so comfy and even better with the heated blanket! Bathing outside in the bathtub with mist over the field all around us! We even braved cooking dinner outside using the fully furnished outdoor kitchen along with the fire pit!
The whole stay from start to finish was perfect! The hosts were very welcoming, friendly and easily contactable. It’s has everything you need and more and no detail is overlooked. We even had fresh milk from the Dairy and croissant provided for us! How thoughtful!
To top this all off the cost of our stay incredibly reasonable and we will defiantly be returning for longer next time!
My wife and I stayed in the Hartley Hut which was furnished inside and out to an impeccable standard. Beautiful views with an abundance of wildlife, all mod cons, but still with the the feeling of staying in the wilderness. The log burner was really warm on a night time and this place is in a really romantic wonderland kind of setting. Really helpful and friendly staff to greet you, on hand if you need anything, but at the same time non intrusive and you are truly left to make the most of the wild experience of staying in this kind of location. We can’t wait to return! Thank you so much!
We stayed here last night and it was magical. Absolutely everything was perfect, couldn’t fault anything. Amanda and Laura are lovely, and happy to help. We picked a few of the retreat boxes to have and not 1 of them disappointed. If your thinking of booking, don’t hesitate, you will be totally blown away
What a wonderful break we had. The huts are more like luxury rooms. They are decorated and kitted out to an extremely high standard. They are positioned so you wake up to the most wonderful views of the Norfolk sunrise. The owner is the most welcoming and lovely person you could meet. It's so peaceful there, but at the same time only 5 mins from the local town if you need to buy supplies. Located central to East Anglia, you can go in any direction you desire to check out historic towns or places of interest. We are certainly coming back here and I'd recommend it to all.
These huts have been beautifully kitted out, all the glamour or a fine apartment in the middle of a field. The huts are quirky and individually decorated, we stayed in Hartley Hut, there are three huts next to one another but you hardly notice the other guests.
We visited in October when the weather was starting to get a little cooler but it was very cosy. There is an outdoor bath and kitchen which was well lit. We lit the log burner inside for novelty and it heated up the hut very quickly but was actually not needed.
It's the perfect escape from London, a complete destress. I enjoyed our autumnal stay but imagine it would also be incredible in the summer with long balmy evenings.
