Good facilities and professional staff. Not particularly cheap (£80 inc breakfast) but I only booked a couple of days before and the hotel is close to the centre of Glasgow. The room was more than adequate and as is the case with most premier inn's the breakfast was excellent. The food is in an on site pub which is very nice. This is not always the case with on site pubs at premier inn's but this one was is a good standard.

We had booked in 2012, from Australia, a Caledonian Travel trip to Brugge/Ostend this was cancelled at the last minute and were left with no accommodation for 3 days at the busiest time of the year. We managed to get a shorter substitute trip with Urquhart Travel and The Premier Inn were excellent in helping us with accommodation. Premier Inn Milngavie had 2 nights available and Bearsden the 1 night.
Both were excellent but particularly Bearsden who honoured the guarantee of a good night sleep after we were woken unnecessarily by the reception staff.
Thanks you to the staff at Bearsden, excellent service, great accommodation and great food.
Well done, would highly recommend.

We stayed here 23rd August in a family room and had an adequate nights sleep. The room was fit for purpose with plenty of room to move about in. There are two Premier Inns nearby, but our sat nav worked fine finding this one even though I did miss the turning for the car park and ended up in McDonalds next door. There is a decent sized car park at the hotel and I did not hear too much noise from the outside despite my window being open for most of the time I was there so definitely no complaints on this front. The girl at reception was really friendly and checked me in quickly. She explained that I could pre-book breakfast, but there was not really any point as it would cost the same in the morning. Breakfast is served in the Burnbrae restaurant next door so bear this in mind when parking the car as they have a car park between here and reception, which will be more convenient if you have checked out and simply leaving after breakfast. For breakfast you have the choice of the premier inn buffet breakfast until 10am or ordering off the restaurants own menu, which is served till 12. We had the buffet and it was decent, especially as your cooked breakfast is cooked to order so all items are fresh rather than being on a hot plate for a while. The continental section of the breakfast is a 'help yourself' and the only complaint I could have was they ran out of coffee and juice for a bit as well as a lack of bowls for the cereal at times. However, staff seemed to be working hard and the restaurant was quite busy. Overall, I would definitely recommend this hotel for a decent nights sleep if you're in the area.

Room Tip: If possible park behind Burnbrae when arriving and this will prevent a walk back up the hill in the...

The actual hotel is not as the photo shows, this is a pub/restaurant which fronts the actual hotel property. If I have one criticism it is that breakfast is served in this pub/restaurant which was fine for us because the weather was fine, but in inclement weather it would be a rather different story!
The Premier Inn product is a good one providing all one needs of a hotel, cleanliness, comfort and reasonable value. Lots of free parking and well located. Staff very pleasant.

We stayed at this hotel on the eve of our wedding. the room was very big and spacious. The bed was nice and firm-just as i like it but maybe a little too firm for others. There was plenty towels and toiletries in the bathroom, which was clean and modern. The only draw back being the height the soap box was at ,as when lying in the bath its impossible to use or get too the soap. The hair dryer is of little use as very little power and you have to hold the button in to use it. I was glad my hairdresser brought her own to do my hair before my wedding. We had a meal in the pub across the car park which was really good, with plenty things on the menu to choose from. This was also where the hotel breakfast is, so be prepared to run across the car park in the morning. The breakfast was an "all you can eat ", so if wanting 2 slices of anything please say so when ordering or you will get -1 slice of bacon,1 sausage, 1 etc etc.. all in all a great place to stay and in a great location.

Room Tip: rooms to the rear looking away from the road, are quieter.

I visited here recently with my Mum and Dad and 97-year-old Grandpa who cannot walk very far and needs specific facilities within a disabled room such as a chair with arms rather than the standard one without as he cannot get up from those. The hotel was great with finding all the things he needed like risers on the bed and the armchair. We also got a great room just inside the entrance so he could easily walk from the car to his room and it meant not having to faff around wheeling him in his chair in lifts and up ramps. The restaurant is lovely in a great old pub and it really has delicious food in the evening and some great draft beer but the only downside is the restaurant is a tad expensive. The breakfasts were well cooked and although no one in my family are vegetarian, we fancied trying the veggie sausages and they were delicious...but specific to the hotel as we tried them in other Premiers and they were horrible!! A really great Premier Inn in total!
