Had a 50th birthday party at the Station for 17 people, and as always the food & drink was spot on, and the service was excellent. The spring menu could do with a chicken dish on the mains as it had a lot of fish, but the tomahawk pork was fantastic so I was certainly not disappointed. The burrata starter was delicious and the custard tart was perfect to finish too. It’s great to have such a lovely local, and would recommend anyone who hasn’t tried it to pop along. Not the cheapest if I’m honest but then the quality is top notch so you get what you pay for.

Fantastic. The food is superb. I have eaten here in the past and always had fantastic food. Had my first Sunday lunch here and it was out of this world. The beef was amazing. Staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. Great choices as well if you are Celiac/Vegan. Well worth a visit and then just continue going back.

Excellent Sunday roast at the Station pub today. We had Roast Beef and lamb shoulder. Both were super tasty and presented well. Great value, quality and friendly welcoming atmosphere. Would definitely return. Highly recommended.

Macaroni cheese like no other! Unbelievable! We were a family of 5 (including two visiting teenagers who are used to eating well), and I booked The Station on recommendation from friends living locally. We chose 3 different meals and all had desert, and every dish was absolutely spot on. The food was not only delicious, but the portions were generous - no problem, as anything left was polished off by the ravenous 15 year old! The service was not fast (which I actually prefer) but staff were helpful and friendly. Of course we will be back!!

I booked for the family for mothers day 7 guests plus a highchair and it was an amazing day. The staff were attentive, welcoming and lovely. Most of us opted for the Sunday roast and it was outstanding. Our server was lovely, attentive and accommodating. One of the guests had dietary requirements which I forgot to mention whilst booking and everyone went out of their way to ensure they could have a brilliant meal, which they did. Would highly recommend the station and will definitely be returning. Thanks so much for a brilliant day
