Family members plus friends gathered at the pub to celebrate a 60th birthday in January.

Four rooms had been booked and an evening meal for all guests.

The meal was rustic hearty fare , nothing too fancy, but suberb accompanied by good wines.

The room my wife and I had was clean and cosy.Again nothing fancy but exellent value at £ 65.00 per night with a full English breakfast that I must say was probably the best I've had in this country!

Bradley and Fiona ( the Landlord and Lady ) were a delight and most welcoming as was Lizzie behind the bar.

Well done
