Great value. Large clean room. Good breakfast. Free wifi. Parking secure. Just a 5 to minute walk down hill to Krumlov. Owner helpful, giving us some good restaurant tips etc. They have lift for your luggage.
Krumlov is a lovely spot to spend a day or two.

We stayed at this pension. It is a new building, everything is modern and comfortable. We also were involved in an accident where our car slipped backward from their parking into the street and caused damage to the car and a part of the pension's wall. The owner, Radik was our angel. He removed our damaged tire and when the spare would not fit, he took us to a garage to buy a new one. He put the new wheel on only to find out that our damage was bigger than that. The car could to be driven. All that was done in a heavy rain. He must have been soaked. He called the Ford dealer in a town 45 minutes away. Arranged to have the car towed there and drove us in his car to the dealership the following day. He spent hours on the phone with Hertz arranging for a replacement car. He refused to take any money for his trouble. We just paid to repair the wall.

We had a wonderful stay in Penzion Krumlov. Price is good. Building is new. Rooms are clean. Staffs are helpful. Location is close to old town. We arrived the hotel at noon and we got our rooms before check-in time.

We stayed here one night on the way from Prague to Salzburg. We booked via the internet and was told that check-in was after 2pm. This is fine, I arrived at noon, and like other B&Bs I expected we could leave our luggage and walk to the town for lunch.

There was no one at reception, so I called the number on the door. I got a very rude response to say that check-in is after 2pm, and that's it, phone slammed down. The worst thing is I could tell the people were next door! I understand that the owners live in an adjoining annex to the place.

So we dragged our suitcases to lunch via taxi. If you know how small the town is , you will now this was not ideal.

Overall the place was clean and comfortable. Would i stay there again? Definitely not, given how rudely we were treated. Also, the place is 10-15min walk into the town. I'm sure you can find better places within the town itself.

The hotel is located at a point where the bustle of the town does not reach the room, yet the hotel is a small walk to the town. The rooms are compact yet very well furnished and clean, the bathroom is amazing too. The staff is friendly (which is something you might not find much in Czech Republic) and do their best to speak English. The breakfast is in a buffet and you get lots of varieties of bread, jams, and cereals.
Overall, this hotel is an extremely nice hotel.

Room Tip: Note - There is no swimming pool in the hotel.

This was a delightful place. As others have mentioned, it is about 10 minutes walk to the town in a lovely quiet street (and maybe 15 minutes back up a hill!) Free locked parking was a bonus, as was the free tea and coffee on hand all day. The fridge was stocked with soft drinks and beer which one paid for on an “honesty” basis at very reasonable prices. The room was spotless, beautifully presented and large, and the breakfast was excellent. A most enjoyable experience and a property that we would highly recommend. One little bonus - we were on the first floor and they have a small elevator for the luggage. As we were travelling for some weeks, we had two large suitcases, and it was great not having to carry them up the stairs.
