Its maybe the wonderfulness of the city of Cesky Krumlow, but this is one of the nicest small boutique hotels I ever seen.... The room was spacious and beautiful, staff very friendly.
The breakfast room is maybe a bit too small and they should offer more choices, but anway, there is everything you need justa few steps away. Perfect stay!

Peregrin hotel in Cesky Krumlov Czech Republic is a find.
Just off the mail square a delight as soon as you walk in. Light bright and friendly.
The rooms are spacious and the bathroom as well.
Driving there is difficult but parking in the town square and walking 100 meters uphill, it is very central and charming.

Room Tip: As a person with a disability we had room 1 and if you have a little assistance the bathroom is access able with shower stool installed and grab rails around the toilet

Our room was clean, spacious and quaint. The hotel is tucked away from the main road in, but very near the center of town. The owner/manager (not sure) was friendly and helpful. We loved the spread for breakfast. There was a pretty good restaurant just a few steps away. We would definitely return.

Cesky Krumlov is a fantastic Renaissance town. If you like history, architecture, cuisine, definitely worth a visit. More things to do, see, experience than in Passau or Salzburg.

We picked the Peregrin hotel based on Tripadvisor ratings (like we do most other times). Based on those ratings, we expected good but not perfect. That is what we found.

Pluses:
1. Central location, literally feet from come great places to eat, 100 m to the main square and taxis,
10 minutes walking to the castle.
2. Good parking arrangement with the Eggenberg Brewery to park in their courtyard. There are 4 large public parking lots around the old town but they are not guarded. Both the public lots and Eggenberg are paid for, but only the Eggenberg is watched.
3. Interesting, recently refurbished town house. We rented the best room (number 10) on the top floor, spacious, great view of the castle from terrace.

Minuses:
1. Bed too hard
2. No air conditioning. If it were 35 c during the day, the room would be uncomfortable at night.
3. Skimping on towels and toiletries.
4. No bath robes and slippers. In a 'boutique' hotel, I would take this for granted,
5. No bar or restaurant. Reception closes at 8 pm.

This is a nice boutique hotel, but then again it's not really a hotel. The receptionist was very nice but the reception only stays open until 8pm. There is no bar or restaurant so effectively it's not a hotel.
The room we had was nice, modern clean and tidy. However, the walls between the rooms are paper thin. The noise was dreadful! Every time our other residents used their facilities we heard every move....not nice! When the assistant came at 7am to put out breakfast....you guessed it we heard every move.
The position of this hotel is central and very good, the town spectacular but for what we paid we were very disappointed. The idea of the hotel (guest house) is good but why spend so much money creating something nice and make the fundamental error of no sound proofing. Future customers beware! We felt like we slept in a communal room.

Room Tip: Ask for one with thick walls
