I didn't even get to stay at this hotel and I'm glad I didn't.
I made a refundable reservation for 1 night two months before my trip.
Their policy says it's 100% refundable as long as you cancel at least 7 days prior to stay.
I'm trying to cancel just a week after a I've made this reservation and here's the problem.
You cannot cancel through their website, nor though HotelTime AS. witch is the company the website will send you when you make a reservation .
The only way to cancel is sending emails to the hotel. I'm trying this while I see that they already charged my credit card (2 months before the trip !!!!!!), I'm still trying to cancel but the only one checking my emails is a person at reception named Zachova Nikhola who lacks profesionalism and who's starting to ask me by emails credit card data and other personal information that has nothing to do with the reservation. I had to dispute this charge with my credit card to get my money back.More
