What else to say. It was pleasant stay. It was my first time in Karlovy Vary. The weather wasn´t so good but the hotel was excellent. Everybody was smiling and nice to you. This smaller hotel is much more better than big hotels because of friendly approach to guests. We were in Safari Suite. Everything what young couple needed was there. Like for example nice spend moments in the jacuzzi in your bedroom. And of course really nice and long breakfast. Everything was fresh and very tasty. You can choose I think from 5 options where is for example french, english of vegetarien breakfast. And if you will be still hungry you can order something more. We took breakfast pretty late so I wasn't hungry till dinner. So if you plan to visit Karlovy Vary this is the best place to stay.

Room Tip: For young couple I hardly recommend Safari Suite.

We stayed here for a long weekend almost a week ago. The place is beautiful and we were upgraded to Suite 603. It was large and light and lovely. It is like a large private house, with beautiful public rooms and terrific personal service.
The staff are great and like almost everything here discreet, low key, but very well trained and pleasant.
The breakfast was delicious, if a little slow. But you can eat what you like off the menu and you realise it is only slow because the food is being prepared freshly.
We also ate dinner here too. It was one of the best meals we had in the Czech Republic.
The coffee and cakes around lunchtime were welcome and always fresh and delicious.
Cool, sophisticated and lovely; one of my favourite hotels and long weekend stays - ever.

We came to Karlovy Vary for 6 nights to rest with another couple. As we walked into the hotel we were greeted by Silva the manager and Sharka the head of reception with big smiles of welcome. They immediately took care of our luggage and announced to us that they have a 'small' surprise: They upgraded us from a double room to a suite with a fireplace at no cost! That was just the beginning. They were very helpful with every request and always with a smile. We also spent a lot of time at the Quisisana Cafe which is inside the hotel and we found out that the food there was possibly the best in town (definitely the coffee). Breakfast is supperb and instead of the typical buffet you can order anything you want from the reach menu. The chef and the crew in the cafe are super. We also used the spa facilities of the hotel - it is all shining clean and very relaxing. We both have excellent hot stone massage and a mineral bath.
I can recommend the Quisisana Palace whole heartedly!

BTW,
When we left they also gave us a beautiful farewell gift...

We have stayed 2 nights in a deluxe suite of this hotel. This is the ultimate destination for a romantic escape in Europe. The room was outstanding with tasteful decoration and beautiful ceiling mouldings. We definitely recommend having a view on the riverside (the Pupp hotel just oppossite is probably the nicest building to look at in town). Breakfast was the best we have had for a very long time: served with taste and with a great choice. Staff was extremely helpful and nice.

The hotel has reopened a few months ago, is in pristine condition and perfectly located in this spa town. Will definitely come back.

Room Tip: riverside view is breathtaking

Our two day stay was thoroughly enjoyable, The location of the hotel at the end of all the activity and across from the Grand Hotel Pupp made you appreciate the quiet and quaint quality of this hotel. The staff tried their upmost to speak adequate English and completed their services in an excellent manner. The food for all meals was excellent. Especially the Prague ham! At checkout the staff presented us with a lunch for our drive to Cesky Krumlov. We want to thank them for that! We also appreciated being upgraded to Room 603, a very luxurious suite. We would highly recommend to any world traveler.

Room Tip: Room 603, excellent suite
