I just want to share with you how wonderful, outstanding, way below expectations the service in this hotel was for my husband and I. We had an accident on the way to the hotel and the night watch Tomas helped us all the way through by calling the police, translating and getting them to find us after waiting in the forest for 2 hours on -20°. He arranged a taxi to get us then from the police station and bring us back to the hotel. Hot tee and sandwiches welcomed us after this awful night. The next day receptions Jakob would continue helping us with getting a driver to take us to the car and having then the car pulled out. The driver turned out to be the manager on duty who never introduced himself as so (we just found out later)and so kindly took us there, helped with the car, and waited for us in the freezing cold forest! AMAZING.Upon our return to the hotel, we could finally enjoy the stay. The hotel is BEAUTIFUL. Our room was big, comfortable and cozy at the same time. We used the spa (all complimentary) and felt it was only us although the hotel was heavily booked as informed by reception. I guess its so big you just don't get to see many people around. We had a thai massage and this was also wonderful! The breakfast was spectacular. If coming to back to Karlovy Vary again, will definitely stay in the this hotel. As a professional in tourism and hospitality, Im proud to find such a costumer service. Thanks Savoy West End!

Luxury is difficult to find in the middle of nowhere in a country that was Communist less than 20 years ago but this property sure is trying. The buildings were beautiful on the outside and the interior was full of unique and original architectural details. The concierge was quite friendly as she guided us to our room and toured the hotel. We stayed in the Cleopatra wing with a great view of the funky, blue church.

My farmer ordered a special welcome gift of chocolate covered strawberries and champagne. It was Czech sparkling wine but quite good. My favorite part of the room was the updated bathroom. It was spacious, modern and clean! We only stayed one night so weren't able to try the spa services but it's on our to-do list as we plan on returning.

The hotel is a short walk from the mail street. As soon as you go down the hill you will be greeted by a park and the first thermal fountain of many. Loved Karlovy Vary, will be back!

Hotel has a beautiful location just a few minutes walking distance from city centre. It is consisted from 5 big villas all connected underground. It is amazing, that you can park your car inside the hotel (up to 62 cars) and you don't have to go out anytime. Even when you go to another willa. The complex is altough huge. Everything seems to be in place. Staff very helpful (guy helping us with bags didn't seem to know much of english, neither czech language, it was little bit strange. Room small, but nice decorated, clen. What was the best on the hotel, that almost everything was free of charge ! Spa, wellnes, fitness, swimming pool, bowling, internet acces, even dinner ! We had standart room, no suite. I was quite suprised by that fact. Around the hotel was very quiet. I must say, that I had a very pleasent one night stay.

I would not call our stay in the hotel "Leisure" as first and foremost Karlovy Vary is a place for taking treatments and this hotel is a very good place to do this. You realize very soon that you're as busy as a top manager while staying at the place. There are so many kinds of treatments that one is to take that you can hardly find some time for sightseeing (well, you might not take the treatments, but this is what you're coming for to Karlovy Vary, aren't you?) The swimming pool also demands some time of yours every day. So, you should be equipped with a bathing suit when you deside to go to Savoy.

Savoy can suit different tastes as it consists of several villas of differen price levels all having different types of facilities. The hotel boasts one of the best full board services. Its cooks are highly professional and definitely not lazy to vary the menu. We were staying there for a fortnight with a new (and rather tasty, indeed) menu every day. The worst thing about the restaurant is the high price for the beverages. Even drinks are not that much expensive.

The personnel is trained very well, almost everybody trying to be as helpful as possible. Medical staff is as good as you can wish it to be. So, you should not worry about the qualifications of the people treating you.

There's something you should keep in mind if you're going to stay in the hotel: all the rooms there are rather different. So, you'd rather have a look at the room before settling down. You'll always have a chance to find a room that will suit you better. And they are changing linen once in three days. Should you be interested to have fresh linen every day, it is your problem to inform the housekeeper. Anyway, they don't mind to change every day, but won't do it on their own.

I stayed in this hotel for 2weeks with spa treatment. There is no medical check up, it is only a verbal consultation and they build up the treatment programm based on this discussion. No lab test.
Booked superior room and discovered the standard room is bigger. When requested the change, they refused first and only after I complained for two days, the room was changed. Their weight loss programme is nothing . You hardly lose 1-2kgs in two weeks '!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Reqested changes to my arrival date and never received confirmation email, wrote to sales, sales manager, marketing manager, general manager and even sent SMS to them and never got a reply. I called them later and they said it is confirmed and will send confirmation later. Very bad experience with Savoy

We went to the Savoy Westend for the Easter holidays. Hotel rooms are very good, the gardens and beautiful, the spa and the public areas of the buildings are fantastic. We had some problems when checking out - my wife and son came a few days earlier then me and we were told that we would be charged for 2 people starting with 3 when i arrive. But when tried to charge us for 3 people for all days I asked to look into it. It took some time and they did not want to do it, so I was really upset. Finally they were calling the Manager who said to the reception to give us 30% discount on the "spent at the hotel bill". Well this was not the same. But this was the only minor problem at the hotel.
