I spent there three nights for wellness stay. Warm swimming pool with three different kind of sauna and great wellness procedures were great - the only thing I missed there was spin-dryer for swimsuit. Also, when there were more than three persons for swimming, swimming pool was very tight. There was very good selection during breakfast and also not so bad for dinner.
Thank you for your stay, as we are a historic building so unfortunately we can not have a larger pool for our guests. For drying suits, it is possible to use the heater heating in each rooms bathroom.
We were at this hotel on 24th of May. The location of the hotel is in the heart of the city centre and everything is within walking distance. The rooms are very good and the breakfast spread is excellent

7 overnights hb and 18 treatments recommended by the new good doctor at entrance. Clean and good meals. Very good service at the reception by Gavriela Ondres and Kamila Marten and Jakob Lukas. I will come back for treatments. Caffe and tea are mandatory in the rooms and at dinner. Refresh the menu from time to time is also desired.

We attended a concerto last evening with the Karlovy Vary symphony at the concert hall in the Ambassador. The performance was quite good with young Czech piano soloist. The orchestra was good as was the soloist. Worth attending if you get a chance & like classical music

2 issues: The breakfast should be improved. It ends at 10 but nothing gets refilled and the coffee and eggs tasted awful. The specialty coffee machine never made lattes or cappuccinos because once the milk was empty it was never replaced.
The room had a smelly bathroom (plumbing) and after requesting a new room, switched to a smaller and not as nice room. Very disappointing considering our stay was 3 nights!
We spent a lot of money for the room so the result was disappointing.
We are sorry we could not offer you another room if you were not happy with yours because of the high occupancy in this term there was no other room available. Your breakfast complaint was handed over by the chefs and now personally, the management checks whether the food is regularly refilled. Thank you for your objective review.
