We stayed here with small children for one night. The rooms were very small, but other then this it was ok. Parking for free, shoppings very close, and hotel could be considered as 4*. I would say that for business and for futball fans good choice :)

We stayes there for 4 days. The hotel is new. Near the hotel is tram station and a shopping mall, with a big supermarket,The breakfast was fine. The price is valuable.Although the rooms are small, they are clean and nice. I will deffinitely reccomend this hotel. By tram you can reach city centre in 15-20 minutes.

I can not confirm the bad ratings this hotel received from a couple of contributors. The staff was very friendly and spoke English well enough to communicate (I am not a native speaker myself, so I shouldn't be too judgmental). in total I was very happy with the choice. It is important to take into account that this hotel is more the kind of a budget hotel, so you shouldn't expect the Hilton. But for a cheap accommodation it was definitely very good. The rooms were very clean, the interior quite new and in a good condition. A big shopping centre is directly next to the hotel. Around the corner is a Mc Donald's. So what else do you need? The hotel is a little bit outside the city centre. But with tram 22 & 24 (tickets are sold at the reception) you can reach the old town within 30 minutes.

Room Tip: Doesn't matter. The main street is little bit farer away, the location is relatively quiet.

Perfect check-in. Hotel easy to find, large available parking, nice staff. The hotel is very beautiful, both from outside and inside, and the tub in the bathroom was huge.
After arrival, staff was cold and rude. They reply to requests in a bad English and unwillingly. Among other things, I think it's absurd that a 4 star hotel has not available an adapter for wall outlets; the receptionist told me: "Go to buy it" at midnight!!! The room was cleaned up only the first day. On request, they told me that the housekeepers work until evening, so it was still to be reordered but they have done "immediately". Half an hour later I was still waiting for someone to come, so I went to get hold of the two towels clean and we left everything as it was.
Honestly it's the worst service of a 4 star I've ever had in my life.
