Opposite the main train station in the middle of Prague, it is in a very convenient location for those traveling on public transport, like myself and my partner. The staff spoke English very well and was able to meet our needs. We requested that if it was possible to check out at a later time on the day we were leaving because we were getting on a night train that night. This was arranged for a 40 euro fee. Which is fair enough.
The hotel seamed like it was set up for the British in mind as we were in the room, we found a kettle for tea (British tea!) and coffee. The only hotel outside of Britain that I've been to, to have this! Turning on the TV in the in the room and the first channel that was on was BBC world wide. Do not know if that is by coincidence or not.
We did hear a lot of loud drunken tourists in the early hours of the morning in the street, which meant we couldn't get much sleep. Not the hotel's fault but just to warn you before hand.
In all, the hotel was very nice, clean, good Wi-Fi and helpful staff.
