We so loved the efficiency and courteous assist of both the Web and Reception Staff ! The accomadations were clean, modernly decorated and comfortable for our stay. They made sure our trip would not be unpleasant and substiuted a Wonderful 2 BR apt (Brahova) when the one we scheduled 'ran out of hot water'. They answered all our inquires day or late nite happily and promptly. How do you find such wonderful customer service personel ! They spoke and knew English so well! Your company was recommended by a friend who travels alot and her recommendation was right On Spot....you are the Best value and Service we had in a Long time!! We will not hesitate to use apts in your other cities if need be, or try others after this Great experience. Thank you from customers in USA!

Room Tip: The IM function on site was wonderful, quick answers to questions. Staff excellent in English and Pr...

Two of us needed a place for three nights and I booked this place a hour before flying out to Prague based on Tripadvisor reviews, we were not disappointed. We arrived late (2230) but the chap was waiting to meet us, he was very friendly and most helpful.

Our apartment slept 6 but there was just the two of us, I assume they did this as we were off season and last minute. The beds were comfortable, the place was clean, the shower was hot and powerful. OK, it's not the Ritz but for the price it was great.

There was a common room and happy hour but we didn't get there. There were desktops with web assess, free wifi, all the usual stuff. I think the main crowd are young folk as when we went out one night there was a loud party going on in one apartment, by the time we got back it was silent. Kids these days - no stamina!

The location was an easy walk to the old town, to bars, clubs etc. When we left he helped us arrange our follow on travel. I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Because we had such a large group (6 people), we were all able to stay in an incredible suite on the top floor (for the same price as a normal room!) that had a balcony and two floors! If you are traveling with a big group, I'd recommend this hostel whole-heartedly!

i stayed there with my girlfriend last weekend. we had booked a double-bedroom, but got a top-floor family appartment (with kitchen) with a great view over prague castle!
the staff was really friendly, and there was free wifi. there was a strange smell in the bathroom, but apart from that everything was really great. there's a cashmachine just round the corner and you can walk to wenzel's square in 10minutes!
i would definitely stay there again!

After staying in a prison-looking hostel for two nights it seemed as if we entered heaven when we opened the door to our room. We had booked a private room for 5. The appartment looked really welcoming and had a seperate sleeping part, a spacious living and kitchen, a nice bathroom with a big shower and a seperate toilet. It's located at a 10 mins walk from the old centre. Can't really say anything bad at all.

Open concept apartment does not let you benefit from the conveniences of staying in an apartment with the separation of living spaces. Everyone has to be quiet until everyone is up. There are a number of items in disrepair in these units such as burnt light bulbs and electrical switches that do not do anything . Be prepared for using stairs as although there is a tiny elevator, it.goes.to the in between floors so stairs can't be avoided. It did well for us for location but nothing remarkable to recommend.

Me and my friend had one night in Prague Centre Apartments. The woman that assisted us was very nice and helpful. The location is perfect but the rooms need a lot of work, especially the bathrooms. The beds were terrible, I was constantly waking up - apart from the times the drunk and stoned german boys made noise - because of the bad bed.

Room Tip: If you don't mind a bit shabby room and terrible bed then this is not so bad at all.
