We were told bfast included yesterday, had it, then today at check out 25USD per person (!!!!!). Front desk extremely rude and unhelpful. Asked for airport bus times, was yelled at and told to figure it out ourselves. Broken shower faucet, never fixed. Housekeeping made the bed and nothing else--no restocking of coffee, no cup replacements, even left old coffee out and gave us spoons that had lipstick on them. Gross. Heater stuck on, room sweltering. Melted minibar items! Told front desk but need to verify we won't get charged for them as no one seemed to care. No one was nice or helpful. I've never been treated so poorly at a hotel.

Lovely new Holiday Inn. Cool architecture and very comfortable rooms. Nice bedding, large flat screen tvs, nice bathrooms and showers and large windows that brighten up the place. The whole hotel was sparkling clean. The staff were super helpful even loaning an adapter and helping with public transit arrangements. The shuttle to the very nearly airport terminals is super efficient. I was a little nervous about staying so far from the center, but the public transportation was really convenient (bus to metro stops right by hotel) and made it actually very convenient. They have a bar and restaurant which I didn't use. I thought the 15 Euro breakfast was a bit spendy for my taste although I realize this is fairly normal in European hotels catering to business travellers. The one drawback is that there are no restaurants or shops real close. there is a Shell gas station and convenience store a 5 minute walk away where we were able to stock up on snacks. I'd stay here again if the needs arises.
