First of all, we went inside the restaurant because the board outside advertised a few nice dishes with a good price. Once inside, however, those dishes were not on the menu and all other available main courses were significantly more expensive!

We ordered two risottos which got to our table five minutes later (very strange, as rice takes much longer to cook. Frozen dishes, maybe?). The "risottos" were actually a mix of regular rice (not the onde used in a REAL risotto) with a few vegetables and some cheese. Very bad. We didn't order drinks as those were twice the normal price of other restaurants!

In the end, after a 10-minutes dining experience, we were charged 100CZK for the "couverts" which includes bread and rolls that were never brought to our table and the waiter kept staring at us to see the tip he would be given.

VERY, VERY BAD! Keep away from this "restaurant" you can do much better!

On the recommendations of friends who visited Prague a few weeks before we did, we walked in one night. Very enjoyable ambience and we sat in the window seat to watch the world of tourists go by. We have river fish and pork which appeared promptly and at a reasonable price. Recommended.

My husband & I visited this restaurant on our last evening in beautiful Prague. We felt lucky to have gotten a table without a reservation, as the place filled up quickly on a week night. The food was excellent~ the duck was tender and delicious. We had fruit dumplings for dessert, and they were the best we had during the trip. Service was not particularly friendly or rude~ they were pretty busy and we received prompt, courteous service. Nice wine selection. Great location in beautiful Mala Strana area.

This was the best recommendation ever!! We walked in here expecting some local food and we got AMAZING local favorites served with elegance. The roasted duck was the best I have ever had. This place is a must visit especially if you are staying at Questenberk hotel

Great place for food with great beer as well as a good wine collection for a change. We went back twice and had great service and food every time.
