If I exclude the time we waited for check in, all was good... clean room, quiet, not too hot, not too cold, breakfast was good, and we paid 37€ for 3 people...

The girl in the reception is helpful... thank you!

Room Tip: The high you go, the quiet you get!

You get what you pay for. For £43 we got a double room for three nights in a hotel 5 mins walk from the metro. Hotel is dated but very clean, staff were very helpful, can't really fault it. Next time we will probably stay nearer to the centre but as a base for Prague it was perfect

I stayed in the hotel for 4 nights and I really enjoyed it. First of all, location is wonderful: it takes about 7-10 minutes to get to he heart of the city by tram. The mentro station is also very near - only 10 minute walk - and from it you can go anywhere you want. The hotel is situated in a quiet street, so at nignt you can have a good sleep there. The breakfast was good, though it was the same every day. The staff was friendly, they speak russian and english very well, so you won't have any problems with communicating. Wi-fi was free, but sometimes there were problems with the connection (but I'm not sure that this was because of the hotel, my tablet doesn't work always perfect).
There were only 2 things, I really didn't like: you have to ask for the hair-drier at the reception every time you need it and the central heating worked really bad, so in the winter it can be very cold in the room.

Hotel is located in dirty part of Prague, building of the hotel looks dirty, equipment is old. We spent there one night and it was really enough. Staff looked disgusted with our visit.

I can't recommend this hotel.

Please avoid this hotel by large. Even Czech halls of residence are a lap of luxury compared to this s*** hole. I stayed there in winter, there was no heating in my room and lukewarm shower in the morning. Fortunately I stayed only 1 night so I got out as early as possible in the morning to get over the bad experience.... They should not have the 3* rating as it doesn't deserve even to be called a hotel. Never, never again!!!! Even if I was paid for staying there.....:)

I arrived at the hotel at 11.30 having been on the early morning flight. Though check-in was at 2pm, reception had a room ready. Staff throughout the stay were friendly, approachable and spoke good English.

The room was basic but, since on holiday you try to spend as little time there as possible, it wasn't a big deal. The bed was HARD and the pillow thin so for those who like theirs the opposite, this isn't for you. A small portable TV with 3 German channels, 2 Czech ones and Euro Sport in English. The room was clean and warm at all times. The bathroom was clean(ish). The good bit: overall very clean. The bad bits: towels so thin you could see through them; the odd hairs (not mine) in the corners.

The location is very good and very easy to get to. Don't bother with the hotel's directions which I followed to the hotel. You have to change the Metro twice and take a 133 tram one stop from FLORENC metro. Instead, as I discovered on the way back to Dejvicka (where your 119 airport bus leaves/arrives) take tram 26 all the way to HUSINECKA stop and you end up with a 3 minute walk to the hotel from the tram stop. Do get a map at the airport.

Breakfast is served from 7.30 but as I left early each morning they were only too willing to give a pre-packed version, which could have fed 2 people. Do make sure you ask for the next day's pre-packed breakfast in the morning of the day before you need it.

Overall a very pleasant hotel not too far from the City Centre with bars, restaurants and even a gym nearby.
