“Big Rooms”

Stayed at a Deluxe Room and I couldn't believe the size of it! I only stayed for two nights but there were areas in the room that I'd probably never step foot on no matter how long I would've stayed. Location was very convenient with most attractions of the Old Town being within a 10 min walk.

Dine at the restaurant one night and it was okay but nothing special, the breakfast buffet was probably one of the better ones I've seen in my travels though.

A really nice hotel with perfect central location, with short distance to the most. A nice outside restaurant which you must try. Service and accommodation as expected for 5 stars hotels. I can truly recommend it for stay.

This was our first trip to Prague. This hotel surpassed our expectations!! The lobby is hip chic. The room suite was huge even for American standard. Beds were comfortable. Better to get back room so no front street noise. Shower pressure was amazing with great products and hair dryer worked well. The lounge area is fully stocked with anything you could ask for from alcohol to snacks. This lounge was great to visit after a long day of sightseeing ! The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is very nice with variety of foods. The hotel is close to most sites especially the square, 5 min walk away. I would definately come back again and wouldn't wait because the rooms go quick or jump in price .

We spent 6 days at hotel Kings Court. When we arrived a lovely person greeted us, upgraded us because we would be there for six days. We had a wonderful king room overlooking park with comfortable be, large bathroom with walk in shower. We used the spa several times; small but very complete with endless pool, sauna, exercise, steam room. We had massages by excellent therapist. Breakfast was very good as was service. The front desk personnel were very attentive. Highly recommended both for service and location.

first off all we are a young couple that have been in 5 stars hotels in europe. and that hotel do not feel like 5 stars hotel in all aspects.
we arrived early in the Morning, and the stuff was very nice and bring us a room Early, but the The problem was that the room was in size of a Youth Hostel room. after we call the Reception they said that they will look for a diffrent room. after that they show us 2 rooms, one by the Conference room and there was alot of noise, and a OK room but smoking one, with a strong smell of Cigarettes, after we We asked specifically a non smoking room. we call the Reception and they was not really nice and said that the only room they have and a non smoking request, is just a request, and they dont have to apply to that request. if you are a non smoker its very hard to stay in a room with Cigarettes smell, the smell sticks to everything even if they refresh the room.
after An argument they Miraculously found as a nice room for non smokers.
all that we want was a nice room with no Cigarette smell and proper size, we didnt ask for a Suite or a Upgraded room just a Normal one, not a big request from a 5 stars hotel.

Dear Sir or Madam,

thank you for taking your time to provide us with feedback which helps us to improve where necessary.

I regret you hadn't had a great experience as majority of our guests. We regret that we were unable to provide you with a non-smoking room at first. Although this requests cannot be guaranteed, we do everything we can to accommodate every guest's need.

We hope that you will come back to us again, perhaps on your next anniversary where I would like to offer an upgrade to the best room available with a bottle of champagne on arrival. Please do contact me directly at the hotel prior to your arrival.

With sincere regards,

The hotel is situated in "Namesti Republic" and despite the fact that there are a lot of people outside, it was very quite in the room. If your aim is to have the best outside look - that isn't your hotel. All rooms are fully equipped with all necessary devices (which works perfectly also). Beds are very comfortable and there is a special entrance to casino if you are a gambler.
By the way, their breakfast are amazing and very tasty. Don't forget to taks as much fresh orange juice as you can!

When I travel, having a good hotel is important to me - it's part of the experience. We were at a different hotel in Prague. Having decided that I just could not take it another night at that hotel, we looked online and booked the Hotel Kings Court. We made the right choice - we only set out to find a GOOD Hotel and what we found was a GREAT Hotel!!!

When we arrived, at 10 am, we were lucky enough to get to check in early! A maitre-d who escorted our luggage upstairs. When we walked into the room, I started singing the "Happy" song b/c this was exatly what I wanted!

Having gotten our luggage situated, we walked ~15 minute to where our tour was departing from (Old Town). This hotel is not on the square, but is conveniently located very close to shopping and the Old town Square. In fact, i like this location much better than right on the square (like tomorrow' there's a marathon)... it's noisy over there... (but not here) :)

Having spent a full day seeing the sites, we walked back and decided to visit the bar for 2:1 drinks from 4-6 pm... Drinks were really good! The bar has lounge-like seating. We just sat around on confortable cushions talking about our day.

Afterwards, I decided to do a pre-mother's day treat - a massage in their Spa. They were able to fit me in and it was a really nice massage; not overpriced. One thing Iike about this hotel is that a robe was provided for me in my room. and I didn't have to parade through the hotel to get to the spa as there's a separate elevator from each floor directly to the spa! Also in the Spa areas is a place to just relax or a workout facility and pool.

For dinner, we did not eat at the hotel, but walked the short walk back to the square and then walked back for dessert. (see emphasis on short walk). Since it was raining, we ate inside the restaurant; however, there were others outside under the canopy. The dessert was about $8 for a chocolate platter and $8 for cheesecake. It was white tablecloth, there was music (not-live) and service was great!

Let me describe our rooms:
They have wi-fi in the rooms, a fully stocked mini-bar, TV, a chair to sit in, good lighting, and 2 pillows & most importantly comfy twin beds. In our bathroom, is a tub, separate shower, and bathroom with toiletries (in case you forgot). (you can select double) The halls are carpeted, so it's not loud. Elevators are fast.

There is free breakfast in the hotel. Tomorrow night in our hotel they are going to offer live piano music from 7 pm - 11pm - I simply LOVE THIS HOTEL... I'd almost stay another day b/c I'm loving it so much!
