We recently completed a 4 night stay at this hotel.

Overall the experience was very nice, and I recommend this hotel to others.

The room was quiet, clean and comfortable - the bed was very comfortable. The location was great - easy access to many Prague sights and activities.

While this hotel was nice, I think it is a stretch to call it a 5 star hotel. Usually 5 star hotels don't have wallpaper peeling off the wall in several spots (which was the case for our room - 419) - not a big deal, but not what I had in mind when selecting a hotel that is supposed to be 5 stars.

The Executive lounge was nice, though small. And the restaurant also was nice, but too small for the size of the hotel.

We had a great breakfast in the restaurant each day. We also dined there for dinner one night - nothing spectacular, but dinner was fine.

All interactions with staff were great - service is definitely a priority for the hotel management and staff; and that was reflected in every interaction we had with staff members at the hotel.

If you're looking for a nice 4 star hotel that is centrally located, then this hotel is a good choice. If you are looking for a 5 star hotel experience, this isn't it.

But overall the experience was fine - and we definitely would consider this hotel if we make a return visit to Prague.

Room Tip: Didn't use the spa or pool. But they both appeared very nice.

Dear Steven,

thank you for sharing your opinion with us. We have noted your suggestion of the shortfalls in the bedroom and I can confirm that these have now been rectified by our maintenance team.

We were surprised to hear that you found the restaurant size insufficient, we have actually recently enlarged the restaurant we now offer 300 seats which is usually more than enough for our guests and for visitors from outside.

Steven, we appreciate your compliments to our staff and I will ensure to share it with the entire team.

We very much look forward to your return where I am confident you will find all the mishaps fixed and you will be pleasantly surprised.

Sincerely,

It's an understatement to say that my husband and I enjoyed our stay at the Hotel Kings Court! From the very beginning, we were greeted with warm smiles and great service. Our hotel room was a bit on the small side, but this was not an issue for us. We also enjoyed our view to the small plaza directly in front of the hotel. Although the plaza was busy, we had no issues with noise.

Breakfast was great each morning. There was a huge variety of food selections and I think that it suited many different cultures.

The hotel was in a great location! A subway station was directly outside the doors of the hotel, there was a large shopping center just a stone’s throw away and the Old Town Square was about a 3-5 minute walk from King’s Court.

My husband and I made two visits to the spa and it was HEAVEN!

The best feature of the hotel by far was the friendly staff members who went above and beyond to ensure we enjoyed our stay.

We are looking forward to returning to King’s Court for future visits!

Stayed at a Deluxe Room and I couldn't believe the size of it! I only stayed for two nights but there were areas in the room that I'd probably never step foot on no matter how long I would've stayed. Location was very convenient with most attractions of the Old Town being within a 10 min walk.

Dine at the restaurant one night and it was okay but nothing special, the breakfast buffet was probably one of the better ones I've seen in my travels though.

A really nice hotel with perfect central location, with short distance to the most. A nice outside restaurant which you must try. Service and accommodation as expected for 5 stars hotels. I can truly recommend it for stay.

This was our first trip to Prague. This hotel surpassed our expectations!! The lobby is hip chic. The room suite was huge even for American standard. Beds were comfortable. Better to get back room so no front street noise. Shower pressure was amazing with great products and hair dryer worked well. The lounge area is fully stocked with anything you could ask for from alcohol to snacks. This lounge was great to visit after a long day of sightseeing ! The staff is really nice and helpful. The breakfast is very nice with variety of foods. The hotel is close to most sites especially the square, 5 min walk away. I would definately come back again and wouldn't wait because the rooms go quick or jump in price .

We spent 6 days at hotel Kings Court. When we arrived a lovely person greeted us, upgraded us because we would be there for six days. We had a wonderful king room overlooking park with comfortable be, large bathroom with walk in shower. We used the spa several times; small but very complete with endless pool, sauna, exercise, steam room. We had massages by excellent therapist. Breakfast was very good as was service. The front desk personnel were very attentive. Highly recommended both for service and location.

first off all we are a young couple that have been in 5 stars hotels in europe. and that hotel do not feel like 5 stars hotel in all aspects.
we arrived early in the Morning, and the stuff was very nice and bring us a room Early, but the The problem was that the room was in size of a Youth Hostel room. after we call the Reception they said that they will look for a diffrent room. after that they show us 2 rooms, one by the Conference room and there was alot of noise, and a OK room but smoking one, with a strong smell of Cigarettes, after we We asked specifically a non smoking room. we call the Reception and they was not really nice and said that the only room they have and a non smoking request, is just a request, and they dont have to apply to that request. if you are a non smoker its very hard to stay in a room with Cigarettes smell, the smell sticks to everything even if they refresh the room.
after An argument they Miraculously found as a nice room for non smokers.
all that we want was a nice room with no Cigarette smell and proper size, we didnt ask for a Suite or a Upgraded room just a Normal one, not a big request from a 5 stars hotel.

Dear Sir or Madam,

thank you for taking your time to provide us with feedback which helps us to improve where necessary.

I regret you hadn't had a great experience as majority of our guests. We regret that we were unable to provide you with a non-smoking room at first. Although this requests cannot be guaranteed, we do everything we can to accommodate every guest's need.

We hope that you will come back to us again, perhaps on your next anniversary where I would like to offer an upgrade to the best room available with a bottle of champagne on arrival. Please do contact me directly at the hotel prior to your arrival.
