Our travel agency from Romania highly recommended this hotel and we were not disappointed. Great location. Room was very spacious unfortunately we moved rooms because the bath room only had a tub with shower not a separate shower. The hotel was very accommodating to our needs and found us a room to our liking. Instead of telling us what room we would get; they wanted us to see the room first for our approval. That is five star service. They moved our things while we went to breakfast.
Breakfast was superb. Omelet station was wonderful. Eggs cooked as you like them. We enjoyed American style coffee not always available in small cities.
The location of this hotel and it's services will bring us back again.

I have stayed two nights with my girlfriend in the suit and we were totally impressed with the overall services as well as with the hotel interior/design and cleanliness. Would you like to spend romantic night(s) with your partner? Then this is a great choice!!!

I have just spent 5 fabulous days in Prague. My first visit there so I used Trip Advisor to search hotels. I have no idea why this fabulous hotel is not Number One. It has the best central location. The Metro access is directly outside as well as the Trams. There is a huge shopping centre opposite with over 200 shops with numerous restaurants on the upper/lower levels. The Concert Hall and Hibernia are next to the hotel. The hotel offers a very personal service, they emailed me before arrival to arrange anything I needed in advance. All Reception staff were very helpful about booking the best excursions. I dined in the Restaurant, very tasty and a good selection of dishes to cater for all tastes. Excellent breakfast - everything you can think of was available with numerous waiting staff clearing tables and serving coffee. There is a Brassiere if you prefer to eat outside. The hotel is immaculate. My room (503) was very spacious, well appointed and looked out to the side of the hotel above the Reception entrance. Excellent maid / turn down service. The bar is quite small and was occupied by World Cup fans... I had a Spa treatment on the day I left that was very relaxing. There is a small gym and splash pool there but I didn't have time to use it. The hotel has free WiFi and there is a small alcove with a P.C. terminal if required. I received a very nice thank you for my visit email when I arrived home that I thought was a very nice gesture. I would not hesitate to recommend this hotel to anyone and I will certainly book it for another visit to Prague.

Room Tip: Room 503 on the side street above the Reception entrance. King size bed.

We stayed at the Kings Court 4 nights in the middle of June. The hotel is very nice and very well kept. The rooms are average size for Europe. Check-in was smooth and we were given a larger room upon request. I would have to say the biggest plus about this hotel is the friendly staff who all seem to speak English fairly well. They were excellent about helping us arrange tours. We booked a walking tour through the front desk. They told us one was the best, and it was great. Another plus about this hotel is that it is located in the very heart of Prague. There is a huge shopping mall directly across the street. Many of the trams stop in front of the hotel and the metro station is right outside the front door.. The buffet was the best I've seen at a hotel. Fresh squeezed orange juice, fresh homemade bread, a very wide assortment of meats and smoked fish, and a full line of traditional English breakfast items. No need for lunch after their breakfast. If ever in Prague again we would definitely go back.

Room Tip: Ask for a large room. There are many room types and sizes.

We spent a weekend in this hotel with my husband;this trip was a present for his birthday. I have asked the hotel to make a surprise if possible and when we came we had a bottle of champagne and a birthday cake in the room. The staff is friendly, rooms are clean and tastefully decorated. The breakfast is very good with a vast choice of food. We have also taken a massage for two which was great.
The Hotel is situated not far from the historical center so we were always walking, no nned to take transport.
Just some small comments: the swimming pool is very small and the hotel is situated on the square with high activity: no problems during the night, it was very quite but during the day it is a bit noisy because of manifestation and the sport event.

All in all we really enjoyed this hotel and we will deffinetely choose it if we come to Prague again.

Dear Anya,

We appreciate your feedback following your recent stay with us. I will share it with the entire team.
With reference to the pool, it is a cosy pool with reverse flow that gives an opportunity to swim against the current if needed and that is how we advertise it. We are aware of the fact that is is not as large as one may have expected; however as one of the very few hotels in Prague pride ourselves in having a pool and the Jacuzzi. :)

We thank you again and we look forward to you return.

Sincerely,
