We were at this hotel, as Senior couple, in an executive room , on the 20th of June for five days. We were extremely pleased with the confort, the situation of the hotel, the cleaness of everywhere, the gargantuesque breakfast, the menu at the restaurant (Which comes on an IPad where you can choose from lovely pictures) and the courteousness of the staff. We took their shuttle service from and to the airport, a gentleman (I mean it) drove us with some explanation of different things concerning the city, while driving.
A room with a view on the republic square, in front of this hotel, where you can fin almost everything, a City hall with concerts an a restaurant, an opposite of them another shopping center (from communist era) but you can find nice things at a reasonnable price (Cristals, and what so ever).
Take a walk for ten minutes to admire the lovely architecture of the buildings and arrive to Old Town square where you will find many attractions.Astronomical Clock and .......
With a stay in this hotel we had lovely memories of our first visit to Prague. We can recommand the executive room which comes with several advantages.A room with a view on the square, snacks to accompany your drinks, fruits and newspapers. We advised them to add Gin and tonic in the list and Soda water to go with the scotch served at this executive lodge.
You can also try their spa, which is small but clean.
We highly re ommand this hotel

Room Tip: An executive room near the executive lodge

Whilst the Kings Court was only 98% perfect when it got something wrong it corrected it perfectly and quickly which is exactly what I want... It really was very good service, not took formal but just right. The rooms were very quiet with comfortable beds and modern bathrooms. Good choice of food at breakfast, a very pleasant dinner sat outside on the square watching the world go by and very good and inexpensive cocktails in the bar. The Spa was small but very nice. Only downside is the tiny pool. Excellent location in the old town and right next to the subway and teams if needed. Also nice to stay at an independent and not a chain. Would recommend and come again

This is a fabulous hotel! It has a superb location in the heart of the city and is within walking distance to all the main attractions. In addition to the beautiful decor inside the hotel, the staff were all very helpful and friendly. If I was returning to Prague I would most certainly stay here again and would strongly recommend this to anyone planning to travel to Prague.

Our overall impression of the hotel is that it is a hotel that we can recommend if you sre travelling to Prague.

Good things about the hotel
-The staff are very helpful
-Central location in Prague
-Very good aircondition
-Very big continental breakfast
-You only had to 10 euro per hour for late checkout

Not so good things
-You had to pay 10 euro for the use of pool per day per person. Is was wasn't stated in the information about the hotel when you look at the hotels homepage. It's expensive if you have to pay 40 euro per day for 4 people to take a swim in the pool. The is only 17 square meters. This is one of reasons that could make us choose another hotel next time we come to Prague.
-You could hear your talking and noise from others rooms
-The number of seats in the restaurant was to few because guests had to wait to get a table in the morning
-Cleaning personal did not always respect the "Do not disturb sign
-The internet connection was very unstable and you could not always get a connection

Dear Morten,

Thank you for sharing your opinion with other travellers. We are glad to hear that you had a lovely stay and we thank you for your suggestions of improvement. Please note that the SPA entrance is complimentary with either any treatment booked or when upgrading your room to the executive level (30EUR per day per room). As you may have seen our SPA is not of the largest and we the entrance fee is there to provide smooth and relaxing time to all guests visiting our SPA. We are proud to have this facility as one of the very few hotels in central Prague.
With reference to the waiting time for breakfast, we have recently enlarged our restaurant and we feel that the spaces are sufficient. The waiting time is never longer than 10 minutes, which is at peak times, maximum half hour on weekends when all guests tends to come at the same time.
Our internet connection has a strong signal all over the building and perhaps the disconnections you have experienced happened when you were moving around the building as your device would be connecting to the different routers placed around the areas. If this is not the case, I would kindly ask you to contact me directly with further details so that we can look into this and resolve the problem.
We would be very surprised if our staff did not respect the “do not disturb” sign, they are very well aware of the importance and violating this rule is considered as misconduct of duties. We assume that you might have been using the electronic “DND” sign (instead of the paper card) which automatically turns off when you take your room card out of the slot.
Mr. Morten, we apologise if we have caused any trouble to you and if you wish to discuss your experience further, do not hesitate to contact me on qm@hotelkingscourt.cz

Here for a 3 night stay for conference/adults only trip. Booked an executive suite that gave us access to the executive lounge, as well as the spa.

We arrived early in the morning from a red-eye flight. Even though our room wasn't ready, it was handy to be able to use the lounge to relax until our room was ready. The concierge there was able to recommend and book some restaurants for us. There was food, drinks, coffee in the lounge which came in handy at that time, as well as later in the trip. We had breakfast there every morning, as well as a later afternoon snack.

Our executive suite was huge - two levels. MOre space than what we need, although the upper level essentially had just a table for sitting. Bed was comfortable, shower and bathroom were great.

This hotel is close to everything. The mall is just across the street if you need to pickup something quick, or eat something in the food court for a quick meal. All the sites are within walking distance.

Having spent a few weeks researching the best location and trying to identify a decent hotel I could not have made a better choice. We stayed for 3 nights in July. The hotel was perfect, location makes it quick and easy to reach all the sites, the trams stop just around the corner from the hotel so if you do have mobility issues these are easily met. We stayed in an executive room which was spotlessly clean and we were amazed that we heard no noise whatsoever from the dining room directly beneath us nor the street outside. Room size was excellent and the air conditioning system was very much appreciated in the heatwave! The staff are meticulous in all that they do and such delightful people to interact with. The pool area although small has a fascinating wave machine which means you can swim for a decent amount of time without reaching the other side! Jacuzzi, steam room and sauna all exceptionally clean and pleasant. Breakfast was fantastic in variety and quality, we ate one evening meal there which again was brilliant and exceptional value for money. We intend to return in the winter and have absolutely no hesitation that we will stay in this hotel again.

I highly recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to Prague! You just cannot beat the location - it is in the heart of the main part of the city and walking distance to everything. The customer service was EXCELLENT (especially Lucas, Lukas and Luckas!) with every single person extremely helpful and going above and beyond the call of duty to ensure we were comfortable, safe, well-fed and never lost. It was only a 10 minute cab ride from the main train station. Lots of good shopping nearby!! The breakfast buffet was INCREDIBLE with fresh fruits, made to order eggs, and breads and jams that were amazing. The rooms were luxurious with very nice bathrooms, in room coffee/tea, and very spacious. When we return, we will definitely stay here again!!
