“Most comfortable bed ever!!!”
Reviewed 25 August 2014

Great location, great hotel. Amazingly comfy beds. Staff very friendly and the pick up service from the airport was great; same price as a taxi; no hassle very smooth from pick up to check out!! Breakfast was great lots of choice and lovely quality of food; sitting outside watching the world go by as we ate breakfast was lovely; couldnt fault this hotel and I am very fussy!!!

Great location, we arrived by tram and the stop is directly outside this hotel. The hotel is opposite the 200 shops - so great shopping. We went to the Christmas markets and the hotel is within easy walking distance of the market stall. The room was a little small with two small beds. The room was warm and cosy which is what you need when it is minus degrees outside in December!
The breakfast was great with freshly squeezed orange juice every morning.

My beloved and I came for a two-night sojourn in Prague. We were delighted with everything, from the friendly driver that met us on the airport and onwards. Our room was in the more exclusive part of the hotel with its own check-in clerk and a tea-room service. Beds were ultra comfortable, and the breakfast was one of the best I have enjoyed in a hotel. I will certainly return some day.

Room Tip: Go for the de luxe upgrade.

My husband and I stayed here for my husbands birthday at the weekend. The pre-break communication was excellent, with the hotel staff happy to help out with non-feather pillows (due to an allergy), a birthday cake in the room for my husband and also organising airport transfers (which worked as promised).
Once there all of the staff were really friendly, and the location of the hotel is great, only a few minutes walk from the old square. The room (a deluxe) was a good size and the bathroom very large with a separate bath and large shower (a rain head shower). The under floor heating in the bathroom meant the tiled floor was warm to walk on, lovely!
The breakfast buffet was very good, with tables outside as well as inside. The omelettes are great too!
If you like cocktails try the bar in the hotel, the quality of the cocktails was superb, and they were much less expensive than at home.
The only thing that could be improved on was the pillows, which were a bit lumpy.
Overall a fantastic stay :0)

My partner and I stayed in hotel kings court for 4 days for a city break in Prague and we could not fault it. Our room was large, clean and very comfortable. The food at breakfast was lovely and there was so much choice also the hotel is in a perfect location for shopping and seeing all the sights whether you walk or use the metro right outside. We used the spa facilities one day which was perfect after a long day sightseeing. I would definitely visit this hotel again and recommend it to others.

Kings Court is in the heart of Prague, with just about everything within walking distance.
The personnel is very friendly and helpfull.
I have suggested to the manager to put in airco inthe elevators and have swimming free of charge for all guests.

Dear Sir

thank you for your review and for your suggestions. We are currently brainstorming how could we cool down the elevators. With reference to the SPA fee, I am afraid this will not work. We have had the entrance free in the past which caused overcrowding of the SPA and pool area and none of the guests were able to enjoy the relaxing experience. We have discovered that providing the entrance free only to our Executive guests has resolved the problem. We however thank you for your suggestion and we hope that you will return to us soon.

With sincere regards,
