This was our first trip to Prague, We chose the Hotel because of the good reviews and we were not disapointed in any way, we booked a Junior Suite as it was my Husbands 50th Birthday, the room was very spacious we had a jacuzzi whirlpool bath, rain shower everything you could possibly want. We even had fruit left in the room and on our return every evening the beds were turned down, curtains closed and they left us chocolates on our pillows.Because we had booked a Suite we had free entrance to the spa and also entrance to the Executive lounge where there was sandwiches, fruit, nibbles, coffee soft drinks even wine and beer which were free of charge, you can use this room as many times as you like from 10am-8pm (amazing). The Breakfast was ok but the Dining room is quite small which can get quite congested at busy times but dont be put off by this as the Hotel is perfect in every other way. The location of the Hotel is great about a 5min stroll to the Old Square and 10 min stroll to Wenseslas Square.

Our first trip to Prague and we were delighted with our hotel - excellent location within walking distance of all the main areas but set just slightly back from the Old Town Square.

Breakfast very good and worth upgrading to the Executive package for use of the small but immaculate pool and spa area.

We will use this hotel again.

recent hotel, modern, well decorated. excellent location, you can walk to the main sites of interest in Prague. Quiet (our room wasn't overlooking on the street). breakfast is correct, nothing special but quite complete. Our room wasn't big but given the rate we paid it was good value.
but not a 5 star, rather a good 4 star. A few issues : no curtains on the bath (makes it difficult to take a shower), we had to ask several times for more shower gels, tissues ... and the breakfast room is too small, we had to wait almost everyday and once inside it becomes very crowded

We stayed at this hotel over easter to spend some nice days in prague. The location is great for exploring the city. All the major sights of the city are within walking distance. Directly across the street is a large shopping center. Everything you need is very close by.

We alo very much liked the rooms in the hotel. Everything was very comfortable and spotlessly clean. Especially the beds were extremely comfy!!! The rooms are also very sound-proof. We never heard anything from the rooms next to us, that were also occupied.

Unfortunately there was one downside. The breakfast was horrible. Very limited selection and the buffet was a mess at 9.00 in the mornings. There is not much offered and the quality is definitely not up to 5 star standard, I'd say not even to 3 star.
The staff in the restaurant was very rude. No one from the staff noticed when guests were looking for a free table. Used plated we removed from the table very slowly. They were also talking to each other in czech and laughing very loudly while serving the customers. The breakfast was really a horrible experience. Far away from 5 star.

I want to emphasize that only the staff in the restaurant was rude. The people at the reception as well as the housekeeping staff was very friendly and always willing to help.

We stayed at this hotel for 5 nights, the place has its character though it is a modern hotel. Location is just so wonderful! The only thing I can comment on is the restaurant. It is too small! In a "full house" situation be ready to wait at least 10-15 min to get a seat for breakfast.
