“Tasty Czech food!”
Reviewed 14 July 2014

We visited here after reading about it in The Lonely Planet and we certainly weren't disappointed! It's very busy and seems to attract lots of local people, which is always a good sign. On both occasions we ate here, we got fast friendly service and wonderful Czech food. The menu changes somewhat daily based on what is available and fresh, so you don't always have the same selection; however, there is always plenty to choose from. I especially enjoyed pork tenderloin on a skewer!

“Authentic Czech Experience”
Reviewed 6 July 2014

An easy place to find serving real Czech food and beer, at very affordable prices. It seemed to be patronised by many locals, and that was a good thing. Very efficient service, and overall a great place to experience.

“good beer and sausages”
Reviewed 27 June 2014

This was a fun local place less than 5 minutes from the charles bridge. The beer was good. We got an assortment of sausages and cheeses. Didn't see many tourists. Some of the outdoor seating looked nice, but it was already taken.

“Ear with the locals”
Reviewed 25 June 2014

We ate there several times and it seemed like there were no tourists just locals having a night out on the town. This is unusual because it is so close to the Charles bridge. Food was great, beer was outstanding, service was top notch and it was a good value. If you want to experience real local cuisine this is it without being pretentious. Sausage and beer-how can you beat that.

“Friendly and lively!”
Reviewed 22 June 2014

Hearty good Czech food and beer. That is what this Place is all about. A few delicious sausages with mustard and horseraddish together with a good beer, try the dark lager!!, is sometimes exactly what you want!
