We happened in on this place in the middle of the afternoon, so there wasn't the formal show happening, and it operated like your average pub. However, all staff were in medieval garb, and were very much in character, so that was practically a show in itself. It is not a huge space, so if there's just two of you, and you're sitting at a table for 8, don't be surprised if they seat some people at your table.

We didn't order food, but the people I was with said that their home brew was in the top three beers that they'd *ever* had. So, if you like a darker beer, definitely order a glass.

Went to this tavern where Mozart himself apparently frequented... with the kids and it was highly entertaining with belly dancers on the table (including my husband...) sword fights and fire eaters and the food was pretty good too! Seating in a tavern on benches covered with fur and eating by candle light, all adds to the overall ambiance. A visit to the cellars is a must and don't forget to look at all the skulls!

What a great place this is. Sculls on the ceiling, belly dancer, music, fire breathers, massive food and great drinks. Just a top place to go... Try it.

Fascinating, atmospheric underground medieval drinking hall. Continuous food and entertainment all for about 40 euros. Belly dancing, fire-eaters and medieval music. Fabulous.

Fantastic food, great beer, strong spirits and very reasonable prices. Food is exactly what you would expect in a Czech restuarant in terms of meat and beer, but the entertainment and setting makes it all the better.
