“Wonderful Location”
Reviewed 6 May 2014

Hotel Friday was located near practically everything that was very touristic. There's a lot of great shopping/restaurants/and Old Town Square is a very short walk away. The hotel itself was very clean and the room was incredibly comfortable. Because I stayed there for 7 nights, they even provided me a bigger room on the 4th floor without me even asking for it. It was great! The hotel staff was very helpful. The complimentary breakfast in the morning also provided many options and the chefs were quite talented. I never had to eat breakfast elsewhere. The only complaint I guess I could have was the weakness of the WiFi on the 4th floor. However, one should really be enjoying the city and not sitting on the internet while on vacation :)

First time in Prague. Loved the city and loved the hotel. Very central, friendly staff, cozy clean room (quaint!) and a great choice of buffet breakfast to set you up for a good days walking. I will definitely be back and wouldn't hesitate to book the Friday again.

3 night stay just before Easter. The hotel is easy to find, only 2 minutes walk from Wenceslas Square. The reception staff were very welcoming and nothing was too much trouble. The room was very spacious with a large bathroom and enormous jacuzzi bath. The breakfast was good with a choice of English style cooked and Continental cold foods. No tea/coffee in the room but unlimited supplies from the breakfast room all day. If we were going back to Prague, we would definitely stop here again.

Room Tip: Room 310 is a corner room situated at the back of the hotel and is well away from the potential nois...

This is a very nice hotel in a super location. Our room and bathroom both were very spacious. It was about a 4 minute walk to the astronomical clock and located on the pedestrian shopping street Na Prikope. Also about a 3 minute walk to the powder tower and municipal house and about a 2 minute walk to the end of Wenceslas Square. About 15 minutes to the Charles Bridge.

The breakfast was plentiful with a large variety of choices including scrambled eggs and crepes. All of the staff were great and very helpful. Receptionists Paulina and Valentina were both very friendly, courteous and willing to help with any questions that we had. The hostesses and staff at the breakfast room were also very courteous.

Overall the hotel was a true 4 star hotel with location, location and location. We definitely recommend the hotel and would stay there again.

Room Tip: Interior rooms, if they have any, would be quieter if you open the bedroom windows at night. We sta...

Stayed her for 5 nights in december 2013 during the christmas markets. The hotel was located in the heart of the city centre just off Weneclas square. There's no bar on the premises, but several just outside the door. Reception staff were extremely nice and helpful. Breakfast buffet was OK+. The rooms were very clean, nice bathroom and a comfy bed. I would definately be staying here again.

Room Tip: Had room facing the side street. Was awoken be noisy garbage truck at 6 am a couple of mornings.

Myself and my boyfriend stayed here for three nights. It was a fabulous hotel. We could not fault it. Location was perfect- two minute walk to main old town square and on the main shopping street. Staff were so friendly and helpful. Rooms were fabulous and clean. Décor of hotel is modern and welcoming. A complimentary bottle of wine was left in the room for us on arrival. Great selection for breakfast. Will definitely return to this hotel and will be recommending it to friends.

Just back from a four night stay in this central little hotel a short hop from the Old Town. The room was very clean and tidy with lovely bathroom and luxury toiletries. Buffet breakfast was also very good setting us up for the day. The unlimited free tea and coffee were also a nice touch in the breakfast room. We had the added bonus of three days of glorious sunny weather to really appreciate this beautiful city.
