“Exciting & rowdy--but quiet enough to sleep--hostel!”
Reviewed 31 July 2012

Almost new hostel with a ton of cool eco-friendly amenities (i.e. I've never had the shades automatically open when I walk into a room!). The very energetic bar was very English-speaker-focused with sports featured prominently and live music at night. We walked in to the hotel/hostel and were immediately worried that it was a party place, but we were surprised when we got to our room and it was quiet and comfortable with great amenities. Free wifi, lockers (bring your own lock), very modern bathroom, comfortable bunks, very good price. Location is just on the edge of the touristy part of town, but was an easy (and safe) 15-minute walk from the main train station. I'd definitely stay here again.

more like a hotel then a hostel, excellent hostel. the only downside was the dorm was a 26 person dorm, so there was always someone moving around, and no kitchen or fridge facility. probably better as a group rather then a solo travellers hostel, but very good. close to metro and within walking distance to a major supermarket and town centre. it is pricey, but nice.

Myself and my friends stayed in the hostel part and it really kicked off our inter-railing trip for the better. The staff were really friendly and the hostel itself was more like a hotel, really clean and tidy and had air-conditioning, which we found to be a luxury on our travels. We stayed in a 8 bed dorm with a shared en-suite without any problems. Our room-mates were great too. While the downstairs bar itself is quite expensive, the hostel is so close to everything, by foot, tram or train, you can find a cheaper pub/club elsewhere. Definitely recommend this place to stay if you're travelling to Prague.

This place was amazing...good North American Style food in the bar, for a great price...yet located in the city, so easy to get around.
Direction to get here are a bit strange..so know where it is on a map. Bathrooms were nicer than most hotels I stayed in. Free locker, but you need a lock.
Internet connection was excellent most of the time.
If you go to Prague on a budget, stay here.

Great night life too! Pub crawls, sports...what more can you want?

Room Tip: They have 30 person rooms...I stayed in a 4ppl...and it was worth the 5€.

Stayed in a double room for 2 nights. Everything was clean, looked new, comfy beds, blackout windows so we could sleep in. Breakfast is included if you book through the hotel/hostel. Still cheap if you did not. Short walk to major attractions and everyone working there was super helpful. Bar / Restaurant is large, modern and filled with 20 somethings. There are 3 or 4 other local bars within a block as well as a great Thai place if you're tired of local food. I would definitely stay here again.

This eco-friendly boutique hotel/hostel is really good. Lovely rooms (and decent sizes), nice safe area, and with a well-stocked bar downstairs. HOWEVER... I'm only 32, and I felt positively ancient when I came back to the hotel after a meal on my first night. I obviously underestimated the 'Hostel' aspect of the place - I think the average age in the bar was about 20. That's not a problem - the place just is what it is. I'm just glad that my room was on the 5th floor, and not the 1st! Superb for backpacker but far from ideal if you're after peace and quiet.
