Lets be concrete, the portions are small, quality poor and prices high compare with the same touristic restaurants in the area
Staff mostly compose of kids-teenagers with no experience for serve, and the oldest one, who is Arab like he said looks like clown making jokes and trying to speak languages that he don't know and instead to be nice, disturb the clients
All the staff always require tips for the service arguing that is not include, but the service is bad and tips need to be according to the quality and service
Dirty tables and they offer a beer garden and is just an ugly and dirty terrace

“Picked this place on a whim walking from the Castle to Charles Bridge”
Reviewed 19 August 2013

It was lunch time and we had just finished walking down the steps from the Prague Castle so we took a flyer and were not disappointed. The food was a little pricy for lunch but my wife says it was the best caprese salad she had on our trip and my chicken caesar salad was very fresh and tasty. As usual, the beer probably made everything taste just a little better. Our waitress was very friendly and we sat outside on the square so we could watch all the people moving between the two tourist sites. We would highly recommend it.

“Less than expected”
Reviewed 7 August 2013 via mobile

Nice and not so cheep food.Normal and not too big portions, smaller than avarage restaurant portions in Prague. They accept credit cards (Master card)...During Summer season is pretty crowded.Good service. They were very bussy but fast enough and we didn't wait too long for food.

“Fantastic Waiter! Glad we stopped”
Reviewed 17 July 2013

My wife and I set out for dinner our first night in Prague. We stopped to look at the menu on the street and we were offered a full menu to view, We decided to stay for dinner and were glad we did. We are both vegetarian and were delighted by the number of choices. Our waiter was the best! He gave us some good recommendations and was very helpful. We were not charged for beer. He recommended a nice czech dessert, honey cake, which was great. We used our MasterCard just fine. Try the fried potatoes.

We ended up leaving him a 20% tip. He told us that he thought we over tipped and was very appreciative. I would recommend this place to anyone in the lesser quarter area.

“Worst experience of this trip”
Reviewed 24 April 2013

We had online reservations due to the reviews on this site, and sadly this restaurant makes me seriously question a lot of reviews posted on here as being authentic.
There were only two tables with patrons, including us, we got into a conversation with the other table; they had so many problems they left the smallest coin as a tip possible.
The waiter spent the majority of his time (yes just one waiter in the place) outdoors shilling passersby to come inside. When the cook rang the little bell that our order was ready, our waiter was so busy discussing his childhood with two people he lured in for a beer, that he missed it. He missed it the second and third time it rang as well. Finally a young girl who by the way she was dressed was never supposed to come out of the kitchen emerged with the food, stood in the center of the room and asked whose food is this?
The portions were small, the quality was below average, the only positive was it was inexpensive, which we later discovered is the norm in Prague anyhow. To top it off, their window displayed various credit cards accepted; however they didn't take credit cards; we were ok as we had cash to cover but if we hadn't who knows, we probably would have had to find an aTM somewhere.
