Best location you can get in Prague. 2 min from the Square but at the same time on a smaller street so it is quieter. Apartments were very luxury and well done. Very clean. Staff was friendly and helpful. we had a really good time. we booked the apartment for christmas as well.
If you stay there or even if you are not staying go to the Almandine restaurant. Food was very good and not overpriced despite the nice decoration.

Our family of 5 adults wandered in looking for a light dinner and it fit the bill perfectly. It was truly Czech with decor, cooking and atmosphere. Small, but well done, although not ostentatious. All 5 of us liked our meals of chicken schnitzel, grilled chicken, sticky lemon chicken & goulash. Very pleasant waitress and staff, but never over friendly, like the Czech way. We will return on our next trip!

Room Tip: Reviewed only the restaurant.

Stayed in Prague for three nights and reception staff were very helpful and friendly. Some of the other reviews do not reflect our stay. Ours was a large, spacious 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment, well heated, lots of hot water, comfy beds, and just beautifully appointed. Staff were very helpful giving us a late check out and then minding our luggage as our flight was early evening. We are definitely returning to Prague and this apartment! Just wonderful!

We ended up here after finding out that bookings.com had cancelled our reservation without any warning or explanation. The neighborhood was quiet and well situated, and the room appeared to be a nicely decorated apartment. Later that evening we found out there was no hot water, which happened two other nights. When we went to call reception, the phone wasn't working. The hotel management just shrugged and in heavy Russian accents said, "phone no work." After cold showers we found that comforters were folded in a way that the beds looked thicker, but were actually concealing futons. Wifi only works in the room's doorway. Lastly, there is no one in the building after 4pm. In other words, not worth it at any price beyond a hostel.

Room Tip: Check reservations by phone before traveling.

Very good apartment in the centre of everything. Very spaciious and quite. No noise at night. Supermarket next door and a short walk to all the sights. Excellent. Would definitely go back there again. We did not eat or drink at the hotel but the restaurant and bar looked nice an cosy. Plenty of restaurants with music bars in the area.

The apartment is ideally situated very near to the Old Town square. On arrival we found the staff to be extremely helpful with information for first timers in Prague. The apartment is roomy and spotlessly clean and very comfortable. Although we were very happy the apartment could be improved by having WI FI in the room, a hair dryer and possibly access to laundry facilities. We would return if we come back to Prague. Almandine Boutique Apartments is a newly refurbished, charming family-run accommodation in the heart of Prague. Almandine Boutique Apartments are conveniently located in a side street in the very heart of the historic city centre, just a few steps away from Wenceslas Square and Old Town Square, plus all of the amenities the city has to offer. The building was built as a two-storey house in the first half of the 13th century as a part of the so-called Havel Town. The present-day appearance of the house dates back to 1839 when another storey and a classic facade were added by architect J.J. Frenzl, creating a three-story building split into three living units. The building contains elements of a number of architectural styles including Renaissance, Baroque and Classicism, while remnants of the mediaeval fortification of Prague were found in the rear wing of the house.
