As a group of friends visiting Prague for a few days, this apartment was an excellent choice and represented very good value for money. Furnishings are basic but functional, and there was plenty of space - even for a relatively large group such as ours. Being based on Wenceslas Square meant that we were within walking distance of pretty much everything, but the busy nature of the location may make the apartments less suitable for families. Those seeking stunning views of the Prague cityscape may also prefer to look elsewhere, as the only views we had from our windows were of the department store below.

My friend and I rented this appartement for a week-end.
The place is clean and you have a living room which is good when you have many friends and you want to have a breakfast or a moment together (better than in a guest house or in a hotel).
Reception was open 24/24.
The place is central and you can go to the bars and disco walking. I think it is a very good option for guys having a week-end in Prague.

If you want basic spacious accommodation in a good location then this is for you. Right in the centre of Prague next to the Metro, could not ask for a better position. The apartments are very spacious but basically equipped. On a positive side the apartments had free wifi and a kitchen. However on a negative side the kitchen did not come equipped with any utensils at all ( only a knife sharpener) no can or bottle opener for example. No shower curtain over bath resulted in wet floor and tiny portable tv's - no flat screens. Small table with only one chair resulted in eating breakfast sitting on the beds. No air conditioning.

Stayed here for 5 nights in February 2012.

At first the positive aspects of this accommodation: it was reasonably clean, except the kitchen cabinets and it was very spacious. Also, it was quite cheap compared to other accommodation in Prague city center.

However, breakfast was poor (costs 5 euro).
The beds were very uncomfortable (very basic). Kitchen not very clean; glasses were sticking to the shelves in the kitchen. Once we had no hot water, which was resolved efficiently, but apparently happens quite often. Also, one night we had a power outage for 2 hours.

However, the worst aspect was that we woke up every several times every night because of loud noises in the hallways when drunk guests returned, also we twice got woken up by people pressing the (wrong) bell for minutes at a time.
Building felt not very safe, regardless of the guard in the hallway. The building consists of several floors with apartments and offices, so every morning from 06.30 noises from people entering the building and opening the offices.
In short, if you are looking for just a place to sleep after going out, this place is okay to stay in, however if you are looking for a comfortable place, there are better places to stay.

Everything was smooth and I was satisfied until checkout. My partner and I were running late (30min or so) for our checkout and the cleaning lady barged into our room to chase us out. Twice within a span of 5 minutes even when I told her that we are almost done the first time. She did not even knock. Receptionist did not even thank us or bade us farewell when collecting our room keys. Very unhappy with this invasion of privacy.

The apartment was much bigger than expected. It is closer to city center than expected as well. The only issue was there isn't much hot water for morning showers for 6 people. However, it is spacious with three bedrooms, two full baths, living room, dining, and kitchen. I would definitely stay here again and recommend.
