Description: Aureole Fusion Restaurant & Lounge located just outside the centre of Prague is a very elegant and stylish restaurant where the cuisine is of the highest quality. Opened recently and found on the dizzying heights of the 27th floor of the Czech Republic's tallest building this is one experience which you will not forget easily. This restaurant pitches its aim directly at those who cherish delicacies of food and the most superb beverages, especially wine, to go with it. The restaurant itself encompasses a number of very specific dining areas including the Aureole Bar, two separate lounges, the Aureole terrace, and of course the primary dining area the restaurant. CUISINE AND SPECIALITIES: At Aureole Restaurant & Lounge everything is all about creating the most imaginative of delicacies lovingly prepared with imagination and care. To this task they have assembled some of the finest chefs in the country and their results are truly superb. Whether it be meat dishes which take your fancy, be that Fish, Beef, or Poultry you can be assured of something that brings the skills of culinary preparation to an art form. Similarly with their Soups, Entrees, Hors D'oeuvres and Desserts, you just know that this is dining of the very highest order. There is no hurry in sampling these tremendous culinary servings at Aureole, they serve and remain open long after most restaurants have closed for the night. ATMOSPHERE AND STYLE: The atmosphere is delightful right throughout the Aureole Fusion Restaurant & Lounge no matter which salon you take yourself too. As evening falls and the skies over Prague light up the views are quite magnificent. There can be no more imposing and impressive place in the city to be than here, in the presence of good company, where perhaps with your favourite cigar and a splendid cognac you can chat long into the evening. Aureole has its very own Wine-room also and here is an unforgettable opportunity to partake of some of their vintage wines, expensive of price, but unbeatable for taste and flavour. FURTHER INFORMATION: Aureole Fusion Restaurant & Lounge opens every day from 11am onwards. What sets it apart is that perhaps after a long business day, or perhaps some entertainment event like the opera or a play, they are still open for a long time to come and you can catch a taxi there and stay till 2am in the morning and probably later if you so wish. This establishment clearly sets the requests of its clientele as their highest priority. You will find them in the Prague 4 part of the city reached by crossing the great Nusle Bridge heading south to get there. Already they are taking orders for special occasions, Christmas and New Years being a fine example.

Food=perfect, place=perfect view of Prague - only problem is that you pay around 100 EURO/person and still have to pay for parking. Sommelier=idiot who thinks he is the main reason why you are coming and at the end it will be the main reason why I am not coming back. I complained about him and the manager came back with a response that he is surprised about it. Now I read I was not the only person having problems with him. But to be fair - the rest of the service (food service) was very good, friendly and helpful.

We went on a special 'discounted experience' via lime and tonic. For the price we paid for the this little "drink and snack" it was more than worth it. The service was great, food and drinks prepared very nicely and all tasted fresh. Though when looking at the rest of the menu, it gets very expensive and since we didnt try anything else I cannot comment on that.
But the main reason anyone will go here is because of the view - amazing! Best view in Prague!

There are several nice unique architectonic features in this restaurant.
Polite, professional staff, unfortunately all without smile.
A smile does not cost too much and would help a lot.
The food and service were very good. We waited very long, but the staff apologised.
Will try again and will see.

We were there during traditional "Grand restaurant festival", so the menu was probably different from regular one, but we really liked it. We started with King`s Variation (Afilo sprouts in organic clay with estragon Guacamole, Yellow Fin tuna tartar, Mizune lime salad and Kikkoman caviar, croquette of Pekinese duck confit, roasted celery puree, cremono cucumber and Ginjo sake mousse) than we had "Pork Tenderloin from Farm Mitrov" (pork tenderloin roasted in cold smoke of cherry wood, pumpking purre, caramel chestnuts with pumpkin powder and sea salt, truffle glace). As a desert was offerd "Nianghbo shell..." (crispy shell with Ganache filling topped with hot Nianghbo chocolate, pistachio macroon and maracuje cariar with banana sorbet). We ate absolutely everything, together with the amazing view and perfect wine it was superb. The only problem, we experienced was missing towels on both toilets... Anyway, denititely, very good place to go.

We had a dinner there...4 guys....all was fine...except the "sommelier guy"...he is to proud of himself...and showing it a lot....The price for wines is as high as the building....and no reason for it.

Dear destik01,

thank you for taking your time to post your review.
Prices for wines are comparable as prices in other restaurants of this type, so it´s a little bit higher. But thank you for your joke it was a good one :).

Have a great day,

Aureole Team
