In terms of value for money, this is the best hotel (apartment) that we have ever stayed at. The studio apartment was huge, tastefully decorated and a hidden gem by all accounts.

Location wise, it is a little outside of the city centre but the number 22 tram stops just about outside the front door and that takes you up to the castle district. Right next to that, is the metro station where two stops will see you arrive at the Old Town Square. A few reviews that mentioned the noise levels but we were facing the main road and it wasn't bad at all. To be fair, we were on the top floor and we were aware that the road was there but it never prevented us sleeping or woke us up.

The reception staff were pleasant enough. They did the absolutely bare minimum when it came to providing customer service. They weren't rude at all but at the same time, it seemed like they would rather be doing something else or continuing their personal phone call.

Few things that weren't quite right :

- There was no English TV channels. One of the receptionists came up to have a look but couldn't figure out why we were only getting Czech channels. We did become fans of power metal over the few days we were there.
- The safe in the room didn't work. I followed the instructions on the sheet provided but nothing.
- There was no shower curtain when we arrived. When we came back in from being out the next day, one had appeared though. Not that it made a huge difference because the setup was a bath with a shower handle coming from the tap. There was no fixture above to hang a shower from.
- The curtains in the room don't actually cover the whole window.
- The batteries had corroded in one of the remotes. These were changed along with the appearance of the shower curtain.

Still, taking these minor points into consideration, I wouldn't even think about staying anywhere else in Prague if I were to visit again. And I'll certainly be recommending it to anyone visiting.

Honestly, what do you expect for 50euros per night in Europe? Usually, a very small room and modest furniture. I would say this apartment broke all my stereotypes! The flat is spacious (we booked a room for 2) and although mostly everything is from IKEA, the room is very stylish and cozy. We liked everything in it - the bathroom, furniture and kitched. I rarely use kitchen while travelling, but here everthing was so clean and nice - I really enjoyed cooking breakfast both mornings.

The location is great too, we walked everywhere, once took a tram back!

We booked to stay at the Royal Bellezza Apartments for such a great price that I was a little worried it wouldn't live up to our expectations however I was wrong! The apartment was great for the two of us with a kitchen and a big bathroom plus double bed, TV and sofa bed. We did stay facing the main street which sometimes was a little noisy but we managed to sleep through most of it! The location was really good and you can be at the top of Wenceslas Square in easily 10-15 minutes. In fact we walked everywhere and got as far as the Jewish Quarter and ate out in the Old Town part a lot so was absolutely fine without a car or taking public transport. As it was valentines and my birthday the same weekend, the staff delivered a bottle of champagne and a lovely note wishing me a great time, which was a lovely touch!

All in all we really enjoyed spending time at the apartments and would definitely come stay here again.

Stayed here for 5 nights in February. The apartment was lovely - clean and spacious with everything we needed. The staff there were efficient and spoke good English. They were very helpful. The location was very good too. Only a couple of hundred metres from I P Pavlova metro station which meant getting to and from the airport was easy. The district it was in was filled with good pubs and places to eat. Legerova, the road it was on is quite busy so if we stay there again (which I hope we will) I will take ear plugs!

The rooms were very large and vividly decorated. Despite being on a busy street, it was surprisingly quieter then expected. The beds were ok and the pillows were definitely lacking in support however the rooms were clean and the building was safe. Location was just "ok" as you had to drive, walk, or take the metro to see the sites. They do allow pets which was one of the reasons we stayed here. However, if had a choice again after seeing the area, I would elect to stay elsewhere as there are better hotels closer by with better amenities and parking on site.

We stayed here over the holidays. Nice!!
The location is in New Town area but right near a Ubahn. So that made it great!!
We loved the decor but the heated bathroom floor was fantastic!!!!!
Restaurants all around. Had breakfast at Pauls, a french cafe. OMG!!
2 metro stops from everything and we felt like a local.
Definitely worth a stay!
