Typical Starbucks in beautiful location, can't go wrong! Staff could be a little friendlier though. But the surroundings make up for any issues.

Great branch of Starbucks on Malostranske namesti , with lovely, helpful staff, especially Veronika. Good, convenient location and excellent espresso macchiato - which is not on the menu in Starbucks, but if you find a professional, good branch, they are happy to make one for you.

You can find this Starbucks near the Astronomical Clock and tower building in the Old Town Square. We stayed in this area and passed this Starbucks quite a few times during our recent visit to Prague. The branch was often crazy busy but in the late evening it calmed down.

During one late and cold evening, we stopped at this Starbucks for a tall brewed coffee (55 Kr) that wasn't great. Coffee was watered too much and tasted a bit weak but that can happy when taking your coffee from franchises like Starbucks (rating 2.5 of 5).

We also tried a slice of carrot cake (89 Kr) that was ok. The cake itself was a bit too dry but the icing was nice, compensating for the dryness (rating 3 of 5). The Prague cake (89 Kr), was a moist form of chocolate cake that we enjoyed quite a bit more (rating 3.5 of 5). We also tried a chocolate cookie (45kr) on another occasion here that was very soft, moist and yummy (3.5 of 5).

Overall, a fairly typical Starbucks visit, nothing really surprising. The location of this franchise is excellent and the coffee and cakes are of expected quality.

Richard is a national treasure.
It's central, WARM, has reliable wifi and is a great place to relax between 'touristing'. They may not be a company famed for paying tax in the UK but their individual baristas here rock!
