I don't know Prague's star rating but in the UK this would struggle to get 2 stars, definitely not 4 star.
On arrival we were taken to a room that had such a strong smell of cooking that we couldn't have slept in it, we were offered another room which smelt better.
The carpet was so filthy, we put a spare sheet on the floor..for which we got reprimanded.
The furniture and beds were shabby and the decor awful, We actually went looking for another hotel but Prague was booked solid, we didn't spend much time in the room thankfully..Avoid at all costs

Room Tip: choose another hotel

Comfortable clean apartments with kitchenette. Eva at the front desk provided excellent service. Since we arrived before check-in, she stored our luggage in a locked room and provided a detailed map of the city. The property is located across the street from a police station and a block away from the Metro Red line. Common areas of the property were also neat and tidy. This is not a luxury hotel but very good value for the price.

Room Tip: Room #24 had two bedrooms; one with a double bed and the other with three single beds. Windows overlooked the property parking area.

My wife and I stayed at these apartments twice in each time for 2 nights in between a trip to Cesky Krumlov.
The first time was when we first arrived in the Czech Republic from Sydney Australia.
Although we arrived before the check in time Eva who was manning the front desk found us a lovely room on the 4th floor of the hotel which was a corner room meaning we had sun coming in from both sides.
It was very comfortable with a little kitchenette with toaster, kettle and coffee pot. I also had a small fridge.
For 6 euros per person you get a great breakfast and the front desk can arrange cars to pick you up and take you to various places.
It is located an easy 5 minute or so walk to Wencelas Square and there is a good selection of restaurants nearby.
The second time was after returning from Cesky and this time we got a ground floor room which was obviously designed for disabled people and it wasn't as nice as the first room but was still functional and again the lady manning the front desk was friendly and helpful.
It is well priced at around just over 100 euros for 2 nights so I certainly recommend it.

First check in was easy and staff were very friendly and welcoming. Walking into our apartment I was very disappointed, has a musty old dirty smell. The bedspreads look disgusting and old and gave the feeling that the apartment was old and dirty. We took them off and the bed seemed ok. Although it was cool I couldn't be in there without the windows open so it was hard to sleep being either cold or putting up with the stench. One bathroom with a 60L hot water tank between five of us was painful. To avoid running out of hot water we had to turn the water off during our showers unless rinsing and we had to split up so 3 showered at night and the other 2 in the morning. Location was ok. I wouldn't stay here again.

Very good, comfortable, close to train station, underground, tram, Wenceslas square! The ladies at the reception were very helpful. The rooms were good and it had paid breakfast! Wifi was excellent! Has a small courtyard, which acts as a good place to laze away in the afternoons or evenings! Since these are apartments, had working and equipped kitchens but dish washing was on paid basis. Overall, a very good place to stay and spend time.
