Great location with walking distance to Charles Bridge, Old Town Square and Tesco. You won't miss any great restaurant, cafe and boutique shop around. Staff were super helpful with prompt reply everytime before our arrival and arranged the airport transfer service!! Rooms are super clean especially bathroom.

Room Tip: clean service costs extra 13euro. Gelato nearby is cool.

We stayed here for 2 nights with friends. The apartment was in a good location and within walking distance to the Charles bridge etc.. The apartment was very spacious with lovely high ceilings and chic accessories. If you are looking for a good option for a group of friends then this is ideal.

The accomodation position is perfect for visiting city by foot. apartments are big and well furnished, bathroom too. The only bad point is the horrible smell coming up the toilet, invading the room even if door was closed. Wifi present but not working at all. Finally no lift. The rest was perfect. Suggested.

The Royal Boutique Residence is a great value-for-money alternative to hotel accommodation in Prague. It's a block of apartments with (limited) self-catering facilities in - we were told - the oldest building in that sector of the city. The rooms were newly refurbished and very chic, with Ikea furnishings although there was a lack of clothes hanging space/coat hangers. It's about five minutes walk from the Old Square, right in the middle of the old town. We paid €410 for four of us for three nights. There's no lift so we had to walk up to the fourth floor which was a bit tiring with suitcases. The administrators organised a car to pick us up from the airport and take us back again (€25 each trip), and were generally very helpful.

Room Tip: Lower down if you don't want to walk up stairs.
