The location was right next to the train station and the breakfast was great, which was great as we had a lot of luggages to carry around. But there was no wifi access at all on my second night and when I asked the front desk for help, the lady at the desk was a bit angry as if it was my fault the wifi didn't work. So their wifi didn't really work and I recommend the hotel to improve their staff's attitude in treating a guest.

Room Tip: pick the one close to the front desk because wifi access was better around the front desk area

The location was fantastic. An easy walk from the main train station. If you are flying, there is an express bus from the airport to the train station. Compared to other hotels we considered - this one was the best price, and it includes breakfast and WiFi. The rooms are spacious and very clean. There were just two of us, but the room could comfortably hold a family of four if not more. It was an easy walk to everything we wanted to see. (We got there when the city was experiencing flooding - so we had to walk everywhere).

Room Tip: Our room was on the second floor and faced an inner courtyard. The room as very quiet and peaceful.

A basic hotel. But very clean, good bathroom, huge room. Not a Hotel to R&R in but a good one as a landing base.
Staff all friendly, breakfast basic, but ok.

Very near the station and walking distance to the City centre, trams, Metro.
Free wi-fi.

great value for money.

Never stay in this hotel!

Totally terrible! Bad service, food nothing much, very loud rooms (the tram right in front of the hotel - the whole room was actually shaking every 3 mins, loud bar next door - very loud music until 2am Fri & Sat!).

Not worth the money at all. The only plus was that it is walking distance to the old town.

Room Tip: rooms facing the street or neighbouring with the bar next door totally unacceptable. the other rooms...

A good hotel, very close to the train station and everything interesting. The lady at reception seemed a little overworked, barely got a smile from her. Room was large, with a balcony, the double bed was two singles joined together, which seemed pointless.

The hotel is locatel near the train which was good for us since we taveled by bus from Nurnberg. It is also walking distance to most of the tourist attractions. The receptionists are friendly, specially Barbara, who gave us tips on the guided tours we joined and on the change of money.
