We stayed for 3 nights in this newly renovated hotel in downtown Prague. Very large and modern rooms, beautifully designed. They paid a lot of attention to details. Staff is very friendly and helpful. Right in Old Town and easy access to metro station. Breakfast was very good as well and they had a wide selection of things. Even though you are in the middle of the city, it was very quiet in the room at night.
We will return on our next trip to Prague and can highly recommend this hotel!

I've never left a review on TripAdvisor before, but I was so impressed with this hotel that I felt compelled to.
We were in Room 305 and stayed for 3 nights. The hotel is small and has 8 rooms, there is a lift that takes you to all rooms. The rooms themselves were very large, beautiful and modern with flat screen tv, large shower, minibar, safe, air conditioning etc.
Breakfast was good with a wide selection of items.
The reception staff were all very friendly, wishing us a good day and asking if we had a nice day on return. We were able to hold our room for an extra few hours as we had a later flight which was a bonus and they held on to luggage for us, allowing us to have one last wander round Prague before we got the Metro back to the airport. The Mustek metro station is right outside the hotel and will take you to the bus to the airport-all for 32kr a big saving on a taxi.

good and large rooms, good position, just 200 meters from Venceslao and close to the principal metro stop. BUT..... a good hotel is not only that. I staied 4 night and enjoing wathing the mistake of the receptionist self made...like the young guy that on Sunday, visibly annoyed, surprised several times to sleep on the reception desk .... when I asked where to watch the final of European football he said he did not understand anything about football...ahahahah. Very funny all the recepcionists but everybody very kind and genuine.
ahhhhh......the soap and the drinks hasn't be replaced for 4 days!!!!! forgot?

Utterly charming hotel - beautifully refurbished, simple and stylish, large quiet rooms, the nicest and most helpful reception staff you could wish to find. location perfect for metro and easy walks to all parts of the city and to take advantage of restaurants in newer town which seemed better value and less touristy. very quiet on the side where our room was, loved it and would defintitely go back there if we return to prague. breakfast simple but fine. i noticed a previous reviewer said there was no lift - there is certainly one now that goes to the bedroom floors, not sure about the breakfast room

I stayed here 2 nights on 17-19 may 2012. Right in the centre of town. Great location. Only two rooms on the 5th floor. Very quiet. Modern and recently completely refurbished. Free wifi in room and massive 50" flat screen satellite tv. Minimalist and essential. Very helpful staff. Metro station right beside the hotel. I Recommend this hotel. The website does not do it justice, it is much better once you arrive, which is usually the opposite with many hotels.

As frequent travellers working in the airline industry, we could honestly say that Jungmann Hotel is one of the best hotels we ever stayed at around the world. The location of the hotel is perfect, right in the center of Wencesles Square, 7 mins walk to the old town square, the Mustek metro station just a few steps outside of the hotel, and a 5 mins walk to a street car stop where it will take you directly into beautiful castle district. (#22). This boutique hotel has modern deco with a earthy twist, and the room is very spacious with high ceilings, large windows and extremely comfortable beds. Our room (#101) has a balcony which looks on to the shopping street. The breakfast is also to a good standard, and free wifi service is offered throughout the hotel. The best thing about this hotel is the staff and their excellent customer service. They were very helpful, friendly and attentive. If you are visiting Prague, we would highly recommend this beautiful boutique hotel for your stay.
