Travelling for a Christmas getaway with my girlfriend, staying only 3 nights. We could not stayed in a better hotel. The hotel is gorgeous and clean.
We were fortunately placed in balcony room facing the street. This gave us the most amazing views of Prague.
The location is perfect, everything is on your doorstep.
The staff were friendly and incredibly helpful.
Breakfast was very good, served in the main restaurant.
The cocktail bar was actually one of our favourite bars.

We will be returning and could not recommend a better hotel.

We stayed for three nights, Friday to Monday.

Arrived late on Friday night. Check in was quick and easy. Receptionist was polite and friendly. I'd emailed back in march to request a room with a balcony at the front of the hotel. Was told that was fine and would cost an extra €20 a night. When we got to our room we found that we had no balcony. Went back down to reception and was told that the type of room that I'd requested wouldn't be available until the following morning. It was late so we agreed to swap rooms in the morning.

The following morning we were switched rooms and were offered a bottle of prosecco as way of an apology. Staff were very friendly and helpful.

Both rooms were clean although a little bit tired. The mini bar was well stocked, reasonably priced and refilled each day. Plenty of hot water and the shower was decent.

I rang for room service late one night and was told that room service was closed although it was advertised as 24 hours. The guy I spoke to offered to arrange for a takeaway to be delivered but I declined. Soon after he rang back and told me that the night chef was now there and I could order after all. Food was good and reasonably priced.

Breakfast was good with plenty of choice. Restaurant staff were friendly and helpful. We didn't eat any other meals in the restaurant so can't comment on that.

The bar area was nice and the service was good. The barman was very attentive. We had a couple of cocktail one evening before going out for dinner. I asked the bar man what time the bar closed and was told 1am. We arrived back at the hotel around midnight and headed to the bar for a couple of drinks only to find it was closed which was disappointing.

My biggest complaint would be the uncomfortable pillows and the noise from outside the hotel which made sleeping difficult. Wenceslas Square is incredibly busy and noisy until the very early hours at the weekend. Our first room was on the second floor and our second room was on the third floor. Maybe a higher floor would be slightly quieter. I've stayed in the Radisson Blu Alcron before and it's much quieter as it's on a side street rather than directly on Wenceslas Square. Look elsewhere if you're a light sleeper or like to go to bed early.

All in all, a decent hotel let down by the noise, the mix up with the room and the bar closing early.

Our first time in Prague. We loved the hotel great service, staff and location!!! The staff couldn’t do enough for you. Hotel was spotlessly clean from the room to the restaurant. Will stay again can’t wait to come back.

Not the best experience, but it was OK for what we needed.
The location is good, right in the center of the city just a few minutes walking from the main station.
There's a metro station very close as well, so visiting Prague is very easy from here.
The hotel itself wasn't that bad, but we didn't feel like the staff was at the level of the rest of hotels and places we visited during this trip. Although, this might be a cultural thing as we felt something similar in a couple of places we visited in this city.

We loved our stay here. The staff were so helpful and did everything they could to make our stay special. We had a deluxe room which was fantastic- well-equipped and with lovely view over Wencelas Square. There is a building site next door so best to book a front facing room.
