“Beautiful and friendly hotel”
Reviewed 21 June 2011

Located in the heart of the city, this hotel is a journey back in the early 1900.
As a conference organiser I truly appreciated the service and the availability of the staff.
Food was excellent too.
Rooms are comfortable and clean. (Junior Suite)
On the down side, the Salon Violet is a bit small for 30 participants. WiFi Internet was not available in my room.

We spent 3 nights in the Grand Tower Suite - the great splurge of our 8-day trip to Germany and Prague! Wonderful boutique hotel, just a quiet 2 minute walk from the city square. Fantastic hospitality, great little bar and cafe, brilliant artwork throughout! Inspiring AND cozy - loved it!

Only negatives that come to mind:
Our suite wasn't vacuumed. Noticed it the second and third days.
Breakfast buffet: noone was there to cook eggs all 3 mornings.
Fitness center: really basic and small.

The location was awesome and we enjoyed ourselves immensely. Received a wonderful gift basket upon arrival. Front desk and bellman service was lovely, discreet. Excellent experience!

What a gorgeous hotel! Had third floor room with balcony overlooking small square. Square can be loud, however their are double windows, which block out most of the sound. Bring ear plugs and you won't be bothered. There is no wireless internet in room, however we had room directly above lobby and bar, and rec'd access from inside our room (bonus!!). Room was spacious by European standards and we were delighted by the light and decor. Bathroom was also roomy and well appointed. Breakfasts were out of this world! Absolutely wonderful....I would definately reserve room/breakfast package and start your day off with a wonderful array of breakfast items as well as frothy, tasty cappuccinos. Elevators are quite small, but staircase is wide and comfortable. We took the stairs most of the time. Forgot electrical adaptor, but front desk was ready to assist and provided one asap upon request. Some friends we were traveling with experienced a serious problem hotel, and they were well taken care of by staff and management. Would definately recommend.

Room Tip: Direct above bar/lounge for wireless access.

Stayed at Hotel Paris for 4 nights and have to say was a wonderful experience. Staff very helpful and service was fantastic. We had a 2nd floor room and would recommend staying higher up as the only downside was the noise from the dustcarts in the street at 4am for three of the days we were there. The breakfast and other food was very good but the Sarah Bernhart Restaurant was a bit pricey for dinner so we ate out most nights.
