We just returned to Canada from staying here for five nights. This is now one of our favourite hotels in Europe. It's stylish, clean and relaxed. The front line staff go very far out of their way to ensure a great time. Special kudos to Clementine for her special attention. Also, the drivers we used from the hotel were fantastic and very knowledgeable. As you'll read elsewhere, the breakfast buffet is stellar. Not only is the buffet exceptional, you can order almost anything from the kitchen. If the bananas and chocolate are on the menu, dive in for sure. We had room 701, which had a very nice view of the Tym Church. No real drawbacks, as far as we were concerned. No spa onsite, but a 2 minute walk to Maxmillan Hotel cured that. They offer Balinese massages a fairly reasonable prices. Ask for Shamish, he's amazing. If you're planning a visit to Prague, stay here. Unless you want something more old world.
